Incompetent and rude orders. Unable to find a jewel from a new Stroili collection even on the company's website. The shop was completely empty at a rush hour and it's easy to imagine why. Bad experience.

Quasi non volevo uscire dal negozio. Uno special thanks allo store manager e alla collaboratrice che hanno curato le incisioni sui mie preziosi. Tornerò certamente ad acquistare solo presso questo store dove, in occasione della guerra, hanno saputo creare anche un "angolo di riflessione in una teca espositiva.
Buying should be an experience. Exactly what I have tried in this store ... One of the few times. Hospitality, professionalism, kindness, taste. I almost didn't want to leave the shop. A special thanks to the store manager and the collaborator who took care of the engravings on my precious items.
