★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to change my battery of Casio watch. Very cheap watch which I used to go everywhere with - taking the shower going for a swim. They explained me that my watch was not water proof but I was until they opened my watched and changed the battery all of a sudden water started to get in and the watch just broke.
Nothing was explained for battery changes no receipt was given (for not paying tax I guess). I went to complain and people were just terrible. A lady started having a go at me for not understanding.
Highly unrecommended and I don’t know why this type of terrible service places still exist in 2021.
