★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER EVER GO HERE. After coming here for two years, they completely screwed me over. You cannot trust their contractual term. Just find another Gym. They really exploit their monopoly in the Termini area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ €30 day pass - free weights, machines, kettle bells, cardio, yoga room. Scheduled trial available via website. Clean, nice equipment, vending machines, lockers+microchip keycard (don't need own lock). Sketchy area when approaching from termini side (at night at least); drinking hobos & immigrants, just be mindful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price was 39euros for a 24hr pass which is very high! I did have a good session, as I needed to train but I’ll go back tomorrow to ensure I use my pass twice within the 24hr period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium gym club... acceptable choice because, around the train station, this is the only option and the management takes advantage of this monopoly position to charge huge entrance fees or subscriptions. However very far away from what premium club standards are supposed to be in other European cities. They should be more humble and down to earth managers.
Some Technogym machines are not working properly, in particular the step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to bigger and better gyms in Rome for more of less the same monthly rate, however this is one is right near Termini so super central and convenient (for me anyway).
The Technogym machines here are great and in good condition, a few good options for classes, and most importantly for me opening hours from 7am to 11pm during the week (found it difficult to find a gym that opened before 8.30am!).
The staff on reception are helpful and the changing rooms are generally well kept. Only downfall is no pool and the sauna/steam rooms in the changing rooms aren't so all managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hotel advised me that I could train there. I walked 20 minutes to get there to be greeted by a rude lady who told me it’s members only and no assistance as to where I could go to work out. From the reception desk the gym looked kinda crummy anyway. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is fairly well equipped and when I go around 19:30-20:00 is definitely not busy, so no lines for equipment. The price is a little high for what it is though: €74/month if sign up for 4 months or €30 single entry (really?!!). The showers are clean and very nice, and there's also a men-only and women-only stream room and sauna. The guy at the reception was actually nice and friendly!
