Las dos cosas que no me gustaron y por ello no le doy las 5 estrellas: - Me parece un pelin caro 10€ - No me gusto nada que no pudieses elegir una pasta y ponerle una salsa u otra, es decir que el tipo de pasta ya va estipulada con una salsa y eso no me gusto... Por lo demás muy bien. Good pasta, made at the moment. The carbonara was delicious! They make you very fast. The two things that I did not like and therefore I do not give the 5 stars: - I think it's an expensive 10 € - I did not like anything that you could not choose a pasta and put a sauce or another, that is to say that the type of pasta is already stipulated with a sauce and that I do not like ... I chef sono tutti molto professionali, simpatici ma allo stesso tempo cordiali per venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti. Il servizio è molto veloce e il menu alla carta viene spesso cambiato con ricette nuove. Ogni primo che esce da questa bottega, trova l’atmosfera del Mercato Centrale Roma che fa da cornice al piatto di pasta. Ci sono vari espositori con i primi disponibili e il relativo prezzo. Consiglio vivamente questa bottega perché anche i prezzi sono contenuti. La media infatti di un piatto di pasta è di 9€. Davvero complimenti !. Exceptional product thanks to the raw materials, strictly all Italian that are used by the Egidio Michelis Ristorantino. The chefs are all very professional, friendly but at the same time friendly to meet the needs of customers. The service is very fast and the à la carte menu is often changed with new recipes. Every first that comes out of this shop, finds the atmosphere of the Central Market Rome that serves as a frame for the pasta dish. There are various exhibitors with the first available and the relative price. I highly recommend this shop because the prices are also low. In fact, the average of a plate of pasta is € 9. Really congratulations!
