Ho preso il panino gricia e anche le patatine che erano un po’ pesanti ma golosissime :) Panino cucinato divinamente e carne non asciutta ma molto gusto. Spettacolo Great burgers different than usual and very but very greedy. I got the gricia sandwich and also the chips that were a bit heavy but very greedy :) Divinely cooked sandwich and not dry meat but very taste. Show

Si trova dal primo al secondo, passando per lo spuntino. In altre parole, dal generico tagliolino cacio e pepe, alla carbonara con le perle o con il tartufo bianco o nero e vellutate squisite. Vasta anche la preparazione dei secondi, dalla piadina ben farcita, ai panini con salumi accompagnati dalla salsa tartufata e per i più esigenti, il piatto del tartufaio(4 fette di baguette con paté aromatizzati, uovo sodo, insalata, pomodori pachino, ovolina, salame o prosciutto). Piatti quindi veloci, freschi e molto buoni. Il prodotto affidato a questa bottega è ben sfruttato e promosso con mini bruschette preparate per l’ assaggio. Disponibili anche i condimenti per portare a casa i sapori e gli odori della bottega. Ottima l’accoglienza e la professionalità di tutto il personale. Bravi!. This shop at the Central Market Rome, offers products with truffles and in some cases, foods with flavored oil. It is located from the first to the second, passing by the snack. In other words, from the generic tagliolino cacio e pepe, to the carbonara with pearls or with the white or black truffle and exquisite velvety. The second course is also extensive, from the well-filled piadina, to the sandwiches with cured meats accompanied by truffle sauce and for the most demanding, the truffle dish (4 slices of baguette with flavored paté, boiled egg, salad, cherry tomatoes, ovine, salami or ham). Dishes therefore fast, fresh and very good. The product entrusted to this shop is well exploited and promoted with mini bruschetta prepared for tasting. Also available condiments to bring home the flavors and smells of the shop. Excellent reception and professionalism of all staff. Well done !.

The taste of the Pasta,in the right cook,as the Bacon. My wife order a Risoto and was excelent too! A nice place to eat in the Mercato! A lot of people happy,very clean! Congrats Rome for doing that. You have a lof restaurant there!!!!
