★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra pulita e completa, attrezzata per l'allenamento funzionale, il powerlifting ed ovviamente il bodybuilding, senza tralasciare tapis roulant e cyclette, possiede addirittura un'area dedicata allo stretching completa di foam roller.
Le 5 stelle vanno però al preparatissimo personale. Per fare un esempio con 1 sola ora di lezione sono riuscito ad aumentare di 20kg il mio massimale di stacco da terra, a fine lezione, stanco.
Non aspettatevi una palestra commerciale, chi lavora qui "crede nel fitness" e sarete seguiti e motivati come voi fareste con i vostri più stretti parenti.
Clean and complete gym, equipped for functional training, powerlifting and of course bodybuilding, without neglecting treadmills and stationary bikes, it even has an area dedicated to stretching complete with foam roller.
The 5 stars, however, go to the highly trained staff. To give an example with just 1 hour of lessons I managed to increase my deadlift ceiling by 20kg, at the end of the lesson, tired.
Do not expect a commercial gym, those who work here "believe in fitness" and you will be followed and motivated as you would with your closest relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questa palestra sarete seguiti, tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Gli attrezzi ci sono tutti. Nonostante non sia grandissima non ho mai trovato problemi ad allenarmi. Se vi siete stancati di andare in palestra tanto per o non siete esperti. Iscrivetevi.
In this gym you will be followed, all the staff is very kind and helpful. The tools are all there. Although it is not very big, I have never found it difficult to train. If you are tired of going to the gym as much or as little as you are. Register.

Programmi personalizzati a seconda di sesso, età e specifiche esigenze personali.
Locali e attrezzature in costante aggiornamento.
Ambiente piacevole e familiare, orari molto elastici con diverse possibilità di abbinamento.
Prezzi non proprio competitivi e, unica pecca, la mancanza di un sistema di condizionamento in estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best quality in the zone. Non è solo l'ambiente fisico a rendere un posto bello bensì le persone che lo frequentano e chi ci sta dietro. Staff preparatissimo, sempre in costante aggiornamento e miglioramento. Quello che mi ha sempre piaciuto è come Fabio continui ad esercitare la sua professione con massima umiltà nonostante gli ottimi risultati da lui ottenuti o comunque ottenuti dai suoi allievi.
Un vero maestro da cui imparare...non mi stupisce sapere che molti fanno centinaia di km per allenarsi con lui in questa splendida e accogliente palestra.
The best quality in the zone. It is not just the physical environment that makes a place beautiful but the people who frequent it and those behind it. Very well-trained staff, always constantly updated and improved. What I have always liked is how Fabio continues to practice his profession with the utmost humility despite the excellent results he has obtained or in any case obtained by his students.
A true teacher to learn from ... it doesn't surprise me to know that many travel hundreds of kilometers to train with him in this beautiful and welcoming gym.
