Historic gym near the center of Udine, fully equipped and with trained staff. Recommended for all those who want to keep fit: the courses are countless and at all hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra dove ti senti a casa, oltre alla preparazione del personale trovi anche molta umanità ed un sacco di sorrisi, la consiglio vivamente a tutti per passare un paio di ore sane e rilassanti oltre all'allenamento in un luogo fornito di tutto. La titolare è una persona più unica che rara.
The gym where you feel at home, in addition to the preparation of the staff you also find a lot of humanity and a lot of smiles, I highly recommend it to everyone to spend a couple of healthy and relaxing hours in addition to training in a place equipped with everything. The owner is a more unique person than rare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente ci vado la mattina, sala pesi grande fornita di tutto il necessario (anche se manca un bilanciere da 20 e un hack squat verticale che sarebbe stata meglio dell'ultima macchina che hanno preso) , personale cordiale e preparato, pulizia ottima anche nei bagni e nelle docce. Rapporto qualità /prezzo ottimo.
Personally I go there in the morning, a large weight room equipped with everything you need (even if you don't have a 20 barbell and a vertical hack squat that would have been better than the last car they took), friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent cleaning even in the bathrooms and in the showers. Very good quality / price ratio.

Gli insegnanti sono favolosi, giusti, seri e molto attenti alle esigenze dei singoli bambini.
Io ho frequentato per un po' la sala macchine e mi sono trovata bene.
Ambiente pulito, cordiale e accogliente, con un ampio parcheggio a disposizione e prezzi in linea.
My girls have been attending artistic gymnastics for years.
The teachers are fabulous, fair, serious and very attentive to the needs of individual children.
I went to the engine room for a while and felt good.
Clean, friendly and welcoming environment, with ample parking available and prices online.
