Palestra attrezzata con tutte le macchine e con spazio per allenamento a corpo libero. Il plus sono gli allenamenti di addominali e circuiti più volte al giorno in gruppo con il trainer. A gym where you feel at home, in addition to the great professionalism and competence of the trainers, the environment is fun and it is always a pleasure to train with them. Gym equipped with all machines and with space for bodyweight training. The plus is the abdominal and circuit workouts several times a day in a group with the trainer.

Moltissimi corsi motivanti e personale stimolante ti faranno sentire a casa, accompagnandoti nello svolgimento di attività fisica, al raggiungimento di obiettivi sempre più alti. Davvero consigliata, anche come posizione (vicino al centro e al Parcheggio Magrini)! Fitness Island is not simply a gym but a center aimed at true well-being, as it offers services that concern the person in the round. Many motivating courses and stimulating staff will make you feel at home, accompanying you in the performance of physical activity, to achieve higher and higher goals. Really recommended, also in terms of location (near the center and the Magrini car park)!

Ho trovato professionisti davvero preparati, come Michele e Cristina, disponibili a preparare schede di allenamento tenendo conto delle caratteristiche fisiche, delle difficoltà e degli obiettivi personali. Ambiente positivo e corsi ben organizzati. Consigliatissima! Sin da quando mi sono iscritto, la gentilezza e la professionalità dimostrata da tutto lo staff sono sempre stati di altissimo livello. Lorenzo e Michele mi hanno accolto e seguito con schede e PT, monitorando scrupolosamente i miei risultati e modificando a seconda delle mie esigenze, fisiche e disponibilità di tempo le sessioni e le schede di allenamento, infondendo in me la continua voglia di allenarmi. L’ambiente è molto luminoso, con ampi spazi, centralissimo e facile da raggiungere. Consiglio vivamente l’iscrizione! I've been going to Fitness Island for many years. Ever since I signed up, the kindness and professionalism shown by all the staff have always been of the highest level. Lorenzo and Michele welcomed me and followed me with cards and PT, scrupulously monitoring my results and modifying the training sessions and schedules according to my physical needs and availability of time, instilling in me the continuous desire to train. The environment is very bright, with large spaces, very central and easy to reach. I highly recommend registration!

Sei sempre guidato nel tuo allenamento, in un ampio spazio arieggiato e disinfettato secondo le ultime normative. Macchine perfette per ogni tipo di allenamento, istruttori preparati che ti seguono singolarmente od in piccoli gruppi, musica relax e spogliatoi ampi e puliti...insomma la tua seconda casa! An over the top gym for professionalism, experience, cleanliness and friendliness! You are always guided in your training, in a large space ventilated and disinfected according to the latest regulations. Perfect machines for all types of training, trained instructors who follow you individually or in small groups, relaxing music and large and clean changing rooms ... in short, your second home!

J	John S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice gym. Clean, good size, friendly staff, has lockers and provides locks if you need them. Good size weight room with plenty of equipment. Could use a few more modern elliptical machines though. I sent an email to them asking about a day pass. Response was very quick. They have a day pass for €11 or €9 if you buy it from their web site. Lorenzo sent me the link in his response. Wasn't busy when I was there on a Monday in early afternoon. I certainly recommend this place if you're in town and looking for a nice place to work out.
