Inutili lungaggini e attese alla reception, personale addetto svogliato e talvolta maleducato. Alcuni professionisti (libera professione) sono preparati ma l'empatia, qualità fondamentale nell'esercizio della professione medica e ancora di più verso i piccoli pazienti non sta di casa in questa struttura. Sconsigliato. Bad service. Lack of attention to the "client-patient" who is "welcomed" - so to speak - with arrogance and arrogance. Grazie all'ambiente giovane, allegro e soprattutto molto cortese, sono riuscito a fare tutta la mia terapia nonostante le restrizione e mi sono trovato molto bene per tutti i mesi in cui ho visitato il centro. I turned to Riabimed to recover from a bad knee injury that occurred shortly before the pandemic. Thanks to the young, cheerful and above all very courteous environment, I was able to do all my therapy despite the restrictions and I felt very comfortable for all the months I visited the center.

Mi sono trovato davvero bene... I did 50 physiotherapy sessions, I had a great time with the 3 physiotherapists who followed me, all including the girls in the secretariat really kind and helpful ... I found myself really well ...

Solo due delle dottoresse che ho avuto si salvano ma per il resto ho avuto un'esperienza pessima. Tempi di attesa lunghi e quando fatto notare mi hanno risposto male invece di chiedere scusa. Quando ho chiesto di recuperare la mezza sessione persa loro, struttura privata di fisiatri e fisioterapisti, sisono paragonati ai tempi di attesa degli ospedali, posto dove ci sono costantemente ambulanze e persone sul letto di morte. Vergognoso. Ci sono posti migliori e meno costosi!!! Sconsigliatissimo. Most doctors / physiotherapists are very rude. the girls at the reception are even worse. Only two of the doctors I have had survived but otherwise I had a very bad experience. Long waiting times and when pointed out they answered me badly instead of apologizing. When I asked to make up for the lost half session, they, a private facility of physiatrists and physiotherapists, are compared to waiting times in hospitals, a place where there are constantly ambulances and people on their deathbed. Shameful. There are better and cheaper places !!! Not recommended.

Un piacere andare a fare la fisioterapia. Ho dovuto attendere un po' la visita ma i tempi corrispondevano grosso modo a quelli delle altre strutture. Anche la dottoressa che mi ha visitata è stata scrupolosa e disponibile. Lo consiglio. Both physiotherapists who followed me were very professional and prepared, on time, respectful and also nice. Al secondo giorno un incidente mi procura una dolorosa ed invalidante epicondilite che mi immobilizza un braccio. Il fisioterapista, constatata l'invalidità, può agire ovviamente molto poco. Mi reco quindi in segreteria per chiedere lo spostamento di due sedute affinchè il dolore acuto si attenui ma la segretaria ripete instancabilmente: "non POSSIAMO farlo, si rechi dal medico curante per un certificato che attesti..." e rifiuta categoricamente. Premesso, e riferito, che il mio medico riceve, per queste cose, solo su appuntamento a distanza di settimane, chiedo: ma chi vi IMPEDISCE di farlo? E poi il paradosso: è possibile che in una struttura RIABILITATIVA tanto strombazzata non vi sia qualcuno in grado di diagnosticare in due minuti due un'epicondilite? VERGOGNOSO! SHAMEFUL! Durante il colloquio iniziale riceve una telefonata sul cellulare, si scusa perché doveva rispondere............ Finita la visita sto chiedendo spiegazioni riguardo al mio problema, in quel momento torna a suonare il suo cellulare ... Il dottore invece di continuare a darmi delucidazioni a riguardo , cosa fa ? Mi fa il gesto col dito davanti alle sue labbra indicandomi di stare zitto e risponde al telefono !!!!!! Questo atteggiamento è assolutamente irrispettoso, maleducato e per niente professionale !!!!!!!!!!!!!
