Palazzo Paravia was built after the unification of Italy by the Italian Building Society, just to welcome the administrative activities and ministries of the newborn Kingdom of Italy. The building, which is characterized by a sober, neoclassical English style, was subsequently purchased by the famous publisher of Paravia, from which the current name. For many years it has been a building of various homes and offices. Today. After a careful restorative work, Palazzo Paravia presents itself to the city in all its splendor. Its privileged location, a few steps from Porta Susa Station, in the new city center, makes Palazzo Paravia an exclusive residence, both from a residential and a professional point of view.
