Everything is perfect!!The flat very clean very cozy very hot the owner Anna Maria is the ideal host!!!Tonight has offered to us a tipical italian dinner at her own apt.and with her husband Dr.Edoardo Minciotti made us to feel better than home!!Palazzo Miciotti is the perfect choise when you visit Assisi

This home is a ten star attraction. The family is warm and inviting and eager to make your stay unforgettable. The apartments are open, bright and well maintained. The kitchens are fully stocked for ease of cooking. There are many restaurants and shops close by to get everything you may need. The location is perfect. The square is a short walk and the bus stop is very close too. Don't hesitate to rent here.

My husband and I have nothing but extraordinarily good things to say about the Santa Rosa apartment which is comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and centrally located in a remarkably beautiful city that we have come to love. An additional benefit of living in this particular apartment is full access to a lovely terrassed garden with outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. However, for us, the best and most special thing about having found this apartment is not a thing at all, but a person, Anna Maria Ingretolli, who is not only kind, friendly, and accommodating, but also someone whom we have come both value and appreciate. She and her husband and daughter go out of their way to create an environment which seeks to allow every guest to feel welcomed and to get the most out of whatever kind of holiday or vacation they desire and/or need. In short, it's simply a wonderful place to be that we can't recommend highly enough!

Perfect Place to stay in Assisi We chose to have our family reunion in Assisi and could not have picked a better place to stay than Palazzo Minciotti. This historic building is perfectly located in the heart of the old city of Assisi. This palazzo has belonged to the Minciotti family since the middle of the nineteenth century and continues to be maintained and lived in by its descendants. Anna Maria lives in the Palazzo with her family and is a very courteous and delightful host. Her professional and caring ways provide outstanding and warm hospitality. She makes you feel at home and has thought of everything to ensure her guests are as comfortable and welcome as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the history of the palazzo and of Assisi. Her restaurant recommendations were amazing and she helped with the exploration of the town by suggesting main sights and guides. She takes pride in keeping her apartments clean and cozy for her guests. My family (4 adults) stayed in one of the several apartments and my sister’s family (3 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the apartment below ours. Both apartments are bright and spacious and provided the comfort of air conditioning and wifi. My apartment had three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a convenient washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board. The kitchen was very well stocked with fridge, stove, cooking and eating utensils. One of my favourite features was the panoramic views from my bedroom window. The outside of the Palazzo Minciotti is another highlighted feature. The large terraced garden is on three levels and offers a serene escape amidst the wisteria pergola. Not to be missed are the wonderful views it offers towards the Rocca Maggiore fortress above the city. One evening we enjoyed a family dinner in the garden. It was the perfect place to share food and drinks together in a relaxed, alfresco setting. It was a family experience we will cherish forever. I don’t think we have ever stayed in such a perfect place. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Assisi.

Absolutely Amazing! I visited Assisi in July and stayed at Palazzo Minciotti with my husband and 2 kids. The experience was absolutely amazing! This palazzo is conveniently situated in the centre of old Assisi. It is within walking distance of major sights and many good restaurants and shops. Palazzo Minciotti is a charming historic building decorated with original paintings and furniture. It is owned and lived in by the Minciotti family who strive to preserve its original features while keeping it up to date. As soon as you enter the building you are greeted by the family coat of arms which dates back to the middle 19th century. Anna Maria is the most delightful, friendly and professional host. She can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. She takes great care of her apartments ensuring that they are clean and cozy for her guests. There are several apartments to choose from and they are all spacious, bright, air conditioned and come with a well equipped kitchen. I must not forget to mention that we also had access to the lovely garden. A truly a wonderful escape when wanting a place to relax and enjoy a calm surrounding. Anna Maria’s expertise in hospitality combined with the authentic features of this building are the reasons I would highly recommend Palazzo Minciotti when staying in Assisi.

Would definitely stay here again! We stayed at Palazzo Minciotti just for one night but I truly wish that we could have stayed longer!! Centrally located in the old section of Assisi this notable palazzo was a delight to stay in! It is within walking distance to major sites, restaurants and shops and this was advantageous for such a short stay because it allowed us to maximize our experience of this beautiful city. Palazzo Minciotti is an historic building owned and cared by the descendants of the aristocratic Minciotti family. The host was very professional and pleasant which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. We were 2 couples staying in one apartment. My bedroom was clean and bright and I absolutely loved looking out my window at the picturesque views of Assisi. We had lots of room and the 2 bathrooms were perfect for some added privacy. There were 3 bedrooms and a large living room and dining room. Although we were only there for one night the kitchen and washer/dryer would have been ideal for longer stays. I wish we had experienced accommodations like this in the other towns we visited on our tour of Italy. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the must see Assisi.
