L'appartamento e'molto accogliente, pulito, centralissimo, con vista diretta su San Ruffino. Non potevamo sperare di meglio. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e stiamo gia'pianificando di tornarci. Michele ,il proprietario, é una persona molto gentile e diponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli pratici utili per il nostro soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente per un'altra vacanza in questa splendida regione. A presto!! Elena Beautiful apartment very clean tastefully decorated and with all the amenities, the location is great for visiting Assisi and the view of the Basilica of S. Ruffino is priceless. For those arriving by car, parking is convenient and is just minutes from the house. Michele, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person and gave us excellent practical advice useful for our stay. La biancheria da bagno inclusa, con ricambio nei cassetti senza costi aggiuntivi. In cucina il necessario e, Michele ...........Eccezionale. Un padrone di casa presente ma discreto pronto ad esaudire ogni desiderio o esigenza degli ospiti . Per chi desidera fare i pasti in casa ci sono alimentari e ristoranti sotto l'appartamento che preparano da portare via. Prezzo assolutamente buono. Un esperienza da ripetere e consigliare. Not used to vacationing in an apartment, my first experience was fantastic. Beautiful, spotless apartment, finely furnished. The towels included, with parts in drawers at no additional cost. In the kitchen you need and, Michele ........... Outstanding. A landlord This discreet but ready to fulfill any desire or need of the guests. For those who want to make meals at home there are food and restaurants below the apartment preparing to take away. Price very good. An experience to be repeated and advised.

La struttura, oltre ad essere curata nei minimi dettagli, è centralissima (di fronte alla cattedrale di San Rufino), molto confortevole e soprattutto pulitissima. Il proprietario è stato davvero gentile e ci ha consentito di posticipare il check out fino al pomeriggio senza costi aggiuntivi. Il bagno ha una doccia molto spaziosa e nuova e la cucina è dotata di tutto ciò che occorre per pranzare in casa. Le camere sono molto grandi, eleganti e luminose. Noi, poiché la sera eravamo stanchi, abbiamo approfittato dei prodotti allestiti in vendita in una vetrinetta del saloncino, così abbiamo potuto cucinarci una buonissima pasta casareccia al tartufo senza nemmeno uscire per fare la spesa! L'arredo è accurato e combina la tradizione con la modernità. Nonostante la centralità, è silenziosissimo. Il proprietario Francesco ci ha usato anche la cortesia di restituirci per posta una collanina che mia figlia Sara ha dimenticato nel bagno....Grazie per l'ospitalità e l'accoglienza!! Lo consigliamo vivamente!! Four (2 adults and 2 children) stayed in this apartment one night in June 2021. The structure, in addition to being treated in detail, is very central (in front of the Cathedral of San Rufino), very comfortable and above all very clean . The owner was really nice and allowed us to postpone the check out until the afternoon at no extra cost. The bathroom has a very spacious and new shower and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to have lunch at home. The rooms are very large, elegant and bright. Since we were tired in the evening, we took advantage of the products set up for sale in a display cabinet in the saloncino, so we could cook a delicious homemade pasta with truffles without even going out to shop! The decor is accurate and combines tradition with modernity. Despite the centrality, it is very quiet. The owner Francesco also used the courtesy of returning us a necklace by post that my daughter Sara forgot in the bathroom .... Thanks for the hospitality and welcome !! We highly recommend it !!
