★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spotlessly clean. Host was very responsive and ensured we were happy, some lovely little extra touches like leaving us some milk, bread and fruit for breakfast as they knew we would be arriving late in the evening. Rooms were comfy and a good size.
Location has great views over the valley. About a 12 min walk down the hill to the town centre (a bit longer to return if you're not used to hills!), a 10 min walk from the bus route that serves Assisi station, or a 1 min walk from the bus that serves the town centre. There is also a supermarket and cafe close by.
