★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the month of October 2015 here. What a great place to really experience Italy. Basic country living. David and Mario made us feel like family! Assisi is "right there" and easy to get to. Santa Maria Degli Angele is close as well. If you ever wanted to experience life as an Italian in the country this is where you should come to. Marvelous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hosts were amazing. The room was awesome the windows opened up to a view of the ancient city. It was one of the most affordable rates in the given area. The bus stop was a few minutes walking distance. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and clean with awesomely kind hosts and delicious breakfast. Located in the valley, has Amazing views of Assisi and its a 5 mins drive to Assisi and Porziuncola. Free wifi available in the rooms was a big plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place only 500 meters away from the center of the Assisi, friendly owner David with angellooking children and beautiful wife. The hotel is located on the patio with a great view to the Assisi. Free parking near the hotel.
