★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo posto per rilassarsi. Luogo di pace serenità e di cultura. Non abbassare la guardia sulla manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria. É collocato in centro storico di Grassano (provincia di Matera) per questo motivo é difficile arrivo per chi non avesse esperienza col navigatore satellitare. Comunque rincuora all'arrivo. Grazie per l'attenzione cordiali saluti. La strada per il parco letterario dedicato a Carlo Levi poco distante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un palazzo nobiliare del '700. Ospita al suo interno il presepe artistico del maestro presepiaio Franco Arteste. Vaticano, NewYork, Assisi... una meraviglia. Il palazzo nobiliare è invece una fotografia del '700 la cucina con le pentole , il salone con le ceramiche, lo studio. Meraviglia le stanze per la servitù ricavate in 2 ripostigli sulle scale. Da visitare assolutamente.
