Gentilissimi e cordiali. Fantastica location con affaccio Sul battistero. Centralissimo. Camere confortevoli e spaziose. Unico consiglio mi permetto di aggiungere i riscaldamenti in bagno nella camera Ricciarelli.

Great location, clean and kind staff

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! A community festival with live amplified rock music until 1am significantly impacted our stay. The music was booming in our room and the staff did not inform us in advance (we booked the room two months prior) OR when we arrived for check in. We were unable to sleep until the band stopped playing at 1am. We asked the staff the next morning (no staff is present at the B&B overnight - very odd) and staff "pretended" not to know about the amplified rock music affecting our room (and presumably all guests). I was able to confirm that the live amplified rock music was part of a WEEK LONG community festival by speaking with the staff at the Siena Duomo museum!!! I was informed that live amplified music was a part of the event and would happen EVERY NIGHT until 1am the entire week. We arrived at day 4 of a 6 day festival. When I told the staff what I knew about the event, suddenly they DID know about this event and were "very sorry but there was nothing they could do." When I asked to be moved to maybe a different room without the noise I was told that "all rooms are affected by the music" and there were no other rooms to be had. We were essentially trapped in a room with no one to contact and no customer service for two nights with music loudly thumping in our room until 1am. Stay here at your own risk. This was a very negative experience. Foreign travel is hard enough - you want to stay somewhere where they actually care about your well-being. Also to be clear: it is not the fault of this B&B that there was a loud music festival near our room - they cannot control this. However, I do 100% hold them accountable for their purposeful failure to INFORM us that the room they placed us in would be subject to noise until 1am. Instead they played a game with us: "loud music? what loud music?" and then "Oh - THAT loud music every night! Sorry nothing we can do!" They did not refund or discount the cost of our stay and did not offer to help us book somewhere else. With so many amazing reviews of this place, I felt that I had a duty to warn other travelers about my real experience. I booked through Amex travel and am also informing them of this experience.

Cute and homey accommodations just steps away from the Duomo. The staff was excellent, and the room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that it was unmarked from the outside (understandable given the history of the buildings) and a little interesting to find. But it's literally withing feet of the Duomo, and therefore perfectly situated in Siena. Next time through, we're definitely staying here again.

The only good thing about the place is location. And maybe a nice owners. Otherwise, several things made it difficult to sleep. 1 uncomfortable beds and pillows, 2 noise from the corridor - people slamming door super loudly all night 3 WiFi no working 4 dusty bedding/ blankets 5 price way too high for a standard - we paid 148 Euro for 1 night

Amazing location, right by the Duomo. Wonderful old world rooms with modern conveniences.

That's possibly the best spot to feel the spirit of Siena
