★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Be rude” must be their motto. I approached the bistrot, simply willing to buy a bottle of water for my son and I was “welcomed” by one of the waiters shouting that all tables were reserved. His rudeness did not give any chance to reply.
AVOID.

Great potential by location destroyed by attitude (the extremely high price can be understood because of the touristic location- 5€ for Cafe and cornetto).
The service was in the scale between ignore you and give you faces like you disturb them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had visited the Dome and found this place in search for some small snacks in the early afternoon.
The service guys were super friendly and welcoming. The lunch menu was exquisite and well described.
Food was delicious as was the local beer. Not cheap but far from too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ducked under the umbrellas and grabbed a table when it started to pour down rain. The waitress was very friendly and even braved the water to continue serving the tables. We just had drinks, and they were fantastic. One from the daily specials, and the other she offered for the bartender to design. It’s a great location in the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came across this tiny jewel behind the duomo on a Saturday evening and after we ordered we saw the negative reviews on Google. But after the very friendly service where we got good suggestions we were very surprised by the negative reviews. The cocktails (mojito and espresso martini) were very good and professionally made. The dessert we ate was delicious. Also the suggestions look very good. Location superb. Also the music was very good. We strongly recommend this place. ?
