Presso il palazzo Alfeo siamo stati accolti da Chiara, una ragazza gentile, molto disponibile e competente che ha saputo offrirci le giuste indicazioni per vivere al meglio le nostre vacanze. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato è dotata di tutti i confort, molto curata, gode di una vista mozzafiato e di un impagabile terrazzino con vasca idromassaggio privata. Palazzo Alfeo è situato in una zona comoda sia per visitare la splendida Ortigia, che per visitare luoghi di interesse storico e culturale. Consigliatissimo
We had a lovely stay in a lovely place in early January. At Palazzo Alfeo we were greeted by Chiara, a kind, very helpful and competent girl who was able to offer us the right information to better enjoy our holidays. The room where we stayed is equipped with all comforts, very well kept, enjoys a breathtaking view and a priceless terrace with private Jacuzzi. Palazzo Alfeo is located in a convenient area both for visiting the splendid Ortigia and for visiting places of historical and cultural interest. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great relaxing holiday especially if you have very young kids. Our recent stay at Ortigia was excellent in the most part thanks to the lodging and the lovely people running it. The rooms of palazzo Alfeo are clean and located at the best place enjoying a breathtaking view. We really loved it and would definitely stay there on our next visit. The bus stop is very very near and even the free shuttle bus to Centro Commercial Archimede which you can get from near Fonte Aretusa (1 minute walk from palazzi alfeo). The hosts of palazzo alfeo took great care of us...so kind and helpful in every way (they even suggested very good places where we can eat) and really made us feel at home. Thank you so much guys....definitely big thumbs up for the excellent service cause though your apartrooms are nice and located in the best place, the service is more important for us. You can also hire a bike or order breskfast (including hot and sweet pastries and fruit) in the morning but since we wanted to try some places we didnt have it. We know now why it almost always fully booked! Thank you and hope to visit again soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent stay and I highly recommend anyone looking for accomodation in Siracuse book here. Our apartment was spacious, very clean and looked out at the sunset, right on the water. The breakfast basket was wonderful! I also highly recommend using the valet parking service if you have a car. They were prompt and meant having a car on Ortigia was hassle free. And lastly, the hosts were just beautiful - very helpful and full of great recommendations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely property with the best view! Waking up to the sea and watching the sunset over the water is a true luxury here. Our room was stylish, modern and very well equipped. It is a home where we can stay for days, weeks and even months. Perfect location and very helpful staff on check in, valet parking (on a pedestrian street), sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. We were wekcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and bottles of water, then checked out with famous local pastry. It was a delightful stay and we truly felt in love with the property and the city.
