Ideale sia per coppie che per famiglie con bambini piccoli (come noi). L'appartamento è accessoriato di tutti i confort possibili, pulito ed accogliente. I proprietari, Antonello ed Ivana, ci hanno accolto come a casa e sono stati presenti per tutta la vacanza con indicazioni e suggerimenti. Assolutamente da andare! We visited the wonderful Ortigia staying at the Holiday Apartment Stella Maris, a lovely apartment in the historic center, perfect for reaching all the monuments, beaches, restaurants and clubs. Ideal for both couples and families with small children (like us). The apartment is equipped with all the comforts, clean and welcoming. The owners, Antonello and Ivana, welcomed us like at home and were present throughout the holiday with directions and suggestions. Absolutely to go!

L'appartamentino, pulito ed eccezionalmente carino in ogni minimo particolare ci ha fatto assaporare il confort di casa. Non manca proprio nulla. Ben curato e situato al centro di Ortigia è senza dubbio strategicamente posizionato per visitare l'isola senza avere bisogno di mezzi di comunicazione. Il proprietario è davvero cortese, disponibile e premuroso. Sembrava di conoscerlo da tempo. Sicuramente consigliatissimo. We spent 4 days in Ortigia in the Syracuse area, in a really comfortable mini apartment. We really enjoyed our time in 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment, clean and exceptionally nice in every detail, made us savor the comfort of home. Nothing is missing. Well cared for and located in the center of Ortigia it is undoubtedly strategically positioned to visit the island without having to use means of communication. The owner is really courteous, helpful and attentive. He seemed to have known him for a long time. Definitely highly recommended.
A	Alice Caponi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa casa vacanze a settembre inoltrato e sia l'appartamento che la città hanno superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative!!! I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e abbiamo avuto contatti diretti con Antonello sin dalla prenotazione, persona gentilissima, che ci ha seguito fino al check-out! Nonostante Antonello fosse fuori città durante il nostro soggiorno, ci ha seguito passo per passo in tutto, non era presente fisicamente ma è stato come se ci fosse: ci ha fatto da navigatore, ci ha fornito il pass per poter parcheggiare a due passi dall'appartamento (che si trova al centro di Ortigia che è tutta zona ZTL), ci ha lasciato un graziosissimo souvenir e dei dolcetti di benvenuto, molto graditi! L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, dal bagno alla cucina, con il necessario per la colazione, ottima connessione wifi in tutto l'appartamento. Mi aveva incuriosito questo appartamento sia per la posizione molto strategica sia per le foto che erano state messe sul sito, e posso dire che rispecchiano la realtà (a differenza di altri posti in cui ho soggiornato), è un appartamento comodo ed è stato arredato con gusto. Consiglio a tutti di visitare Siracusa e ovviamente di soggiornare in questa casa vacanze ad Ortigia..noi sicuramente ci torneremo!! We stayed at this vacation rental in late September and both the apartment and the city far exceeded our expectations !!! The owners were very kind and we had direct contact with Antonello since the booking, a very kind person, who followed us until check-out! Although Antonello was out of town during our stay, he followed us step by step in everything, he was not physically present but it was as if he were there: he acted as a navigator, he gave us the pass to be able to park a stone's throw from the apartment (which is located in the center of Ortigia which is the whole ZTL area), left us a very nice souvenir and welcome sweets, very welcome! The apartment is equipped with every comfort, from the bathroom to the kitchen, with the necessary for breakfast, excellent wifi connection throughout the apartment. I was intrigued by this apartment both for the very strategic location and for the photos that were put on the site, and I can say that they reflect reality (unlike other places I have stayed in), it is a comfortable apartment and has been furnished with taste. I recommend everyone to visit Syracuse and obviously to stay in this holiday home in Ortigia .. we will definitely be back!

Recommend to go to the Biblios café for some relaxing time and go to Punto G (next to the Duomo) for live Jazz music.
J	James Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family of 4 stayed in Antonio's Apartment for 3 days and it was really lovely! The place was very clean and neat, and had all the necessary amenities. The apartment was newly furnished and it had all the kitchen amenities one would need to cook, including salt and seasoning. He also kindly greeted us with a plate of fruits, wine, bottled water and juice. He even provided teas and jams for breakfast. The entire set up was very professional like a hotel. The location was right at the heart of Ortigia's old town, excellent! Within walking distance of the main square and restaurants. He also provided us with a residents parking permit so parking was no problem at all :) The wifi was also working well and Antonio himself was a very welcoming, responsive and lovely host. We thoroughly recommend his apartment!
G	Gavin King (plumpNation) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antonello is a warm welcome to Ortigia, picking us up from the car park and informing us of needed info on the way to the small cosy studio apartment that is excellently located. It has simple cooking facilities and fridge, air conditioning, a small but complete bathroom and room for 3 to sleep, unless using the floor also. However it is unlikely that you will spend much time there as the town is so interesting and the local people so welcoming. A couple of very minor maintenance issues are the only thing stopping this having 5 stars. I definitely recommend this for couples as a sweet little retreat for a mid day snooze and a romantic visit to a beautiful town.
