Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto davvero disponibile e la pulizia dell'appartamento ottima New and welcoming facility ... great for 2 people! I spent 2 days in Ortigia with my partner: we had a great time. The guy who welcomed us really helpful and the cleanliness of the excellent apartment
P	Piaz 75 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati benissimo ad Ortigia.il nostro appartamento era perfetto,piccolo però con tutti I confort..vicinissimo al mare e nel centro dell isoletta...marco,il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo..ci ha accompagnati nell 'appartamento e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili per muoversi sull isola...anche una un applicazione molto utile per fare delle ricerche su siracusa.. Molto contenti di averlo conosciuto! Consigliamo a tutti il suo appartamento..e noi speriamo di tornare presto!!! We had a great time in Ortigia.il our apartment was perfect, small but with all the comforts .. close to the sea and in the center of the island ... marco, the owner was disponibilissimo..ci accompanied us in 'apartment and gave us all the useful information to move around the island ... also a very useful application to do research on siracusa .. Very happy to have known him! We recommend everyone his apartment .. and we hope to come back soon!
M	Maximiliano Bruno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proprietario (sig. Marco) gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Appartamento molto curato, pulito e silenzioso, con ampia dotazione (anche Wi-Fi). Posizione perfetta verso la punta di Ortigia, comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi tutte le numerose bellezze artistiche di Ortigia, i ristoranti e i negozi. C'è anche una piccola spiaggia a 100 metri. Vacanza stupenda in un posto meraviglioso! Grazie ancora Marco! Owner (Mr. Marco) very kind and extremely available. Very nice, clean and quiet apartment, with ample equipment (even Wi-Fi). Perfect location towards the tip of Ortigia, very convenient for walking to all the numerous artistic beauties of Ortigia, restaurants and shops. There is also a small beach 100 meters away. Wonderful holiday in a wonderful place! Thanks again Marco!
A	Alessandra Sandonà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti a Ortigia nel monolocale di Marco e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La stanza è molto carina, arredata con gusto, così come il bagno. Ma ciò che ha fatto la differenza è lo splendido terrazzino, che in questo momento di difficoltà ci ha consentito di gustarci una cena all'aperto quando tutti i locali erano già chiusi. Parcheggio disponibile ad un prezzo irrisorio, non proprio dietro l'angolo, ma raggiungibile in poco tempo passeggiando per le meravigliose viuzze del centro. Consigliatissimo! We spent 4 nights in Ortigia in Marco's studio and we had a great time. The room is very nice, tastefully decorated, as is the bathroom. But what made the difference is the splendid terrace, which in this difficult time allowed us to enjoy an outdoor dinner when all the premises were already closed. Parking available at a negligible price, not just around the corner, but reachable in a short time by walking through the wonderful alleys of the center. Highly recommended!

Ho detto apposta “abitare” perché Marco è un ospite speciale, discreto, ma pieno di piccole attenzioni, e sempre disponibile. La posizione è in quello che io considero il più bel quartiere di Ortigia, l’appartamento è funzionale, ben attrezzato, arredato con gusto. La pulizia degli ambienti è impeccabile, lenzuola ed asciugamani sono bianchissimi e profumati di pulito. Quest’anno poi le prescrizioni e le precauzioni per il Covid sono state attuate in maniera precisa e decisamente sopra la media rispetto ad altri posti visitati e questo ci ha permesso di godere la vacanza in sicurezza. Abbiamo lasciato solo ieri quella che consideriamo “la nostra casa in Sicilia” è già stiamo pensando a quando ci torneremo. We have been spending our holidays in Ortigia every year for some time and "living" in this apartment gives them an added value. I purposely said “abitare” because Marco is a special guest, discreet, but full of small attentions, and always available. The location is in what I consider the most beautiful neighborhood of Ortigia, the apartment is functional, well equipped, tastefully furnished. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, sheets and towels are very white and scented with cleanliness. This year then the requirements and precautions for Covid have been implemented in a precise and decidedly above average way compared to other places visited and this has allowed us to enjoy the holiday in safety. We left what we consider "our home in Sicily" only yesterday and we are already thinking about when we will return.

Wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne do życia (sztuce, garnki, talerze, płyta indukcyjna, czajnik, lodówka, szafa, deska do prasowania, żelazko itp.). W apartamencie dostępne są oczywiście podstawowe kosmetyki, ręczniki oraz ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami czy herbata. Gospodarz Marco zapewnia również powitalna wodę, cole oraz piwo. Są krakersy i dżem na śniadania. Marco jest bardzo pomocny i odpowie na każde wasze pytanie. Szybko odpowiada na Whatsapp. Serdecznie polecam. Położenie idealne na bazę wypadową. Blisko do Katani czy Taorminy oraz w drugą stronę do Ragusy, Enny itp. W bezpośredniej bliskości apartamentu cała masa knajp i barów. Great apartment. Located in the heart of the island of Ortigia. Clean. Equipped with everything necessary for life (cutlery, pots, plates, induction hob, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, ironing board, iron etc.). Of course, basic cosmetics, towels and a coffee machine with capsules or tea are available in the apartment. Marco host also provides welcome water, cola and beer. There are crackers and jam for breakfast. Marco is very helpful and will answer any of your questions. Quickly responds to Whatsapp. I heartily recommend it. Ideal location for a base. Close to Catania or Taormina and the other way to Ragusa, Enna, etc. Lots of pubs and bars in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

Super cosy with delicious coffee and fantastic Sicilian atmosphere. You will definitely feel comfortable and relaxed. If I ever come back to Syracuse, I will totally stay at this place again!

Ortigia itself is pedestrian so you will need to take into account that you will need to park your car at a 10 minute walking distance
