★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la premura e gentilezza del ragazzo che ci ha accolti, la casa non era ben pulita e addirittura abbiamo trovato un asciugamano da bagno sporco dei precedenti ospiti sullo sgabello di cucina. In generale arredi e dotazioni medio basse, triste....molto diversa da foto sito di prenotazione. Non ha giardino ma un cortile di accesso apparecchiato e usato da un pub che chiude oltre l'una di notte e se usate il divano letto del soggiorno con porta a vetri e una sottile tenda bianca sarà come dormire fuori. Unica cosa positiva la posizione ma parcheggio lontano e a caro prezzo.
 Despite the care and kindness of the boy who greeted us, the house was not well cleaned and we even found a dirty bath towel from the previous guests on the kitchen stool. In general low to medium furnishings and amenities, sad .... very different from the booking site photos. It has no garden but an access courtyard set up and used by a pub that closes after 1am and if you use the sofa bed in the living room with glass door and a thin white curtain it will be like sleeping outside. The only positive thing is the location but parking far away and at a high price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wi-Fi inesistente, TV non funzionante, materasso scomodo, cucina inutilizzabile date le dimensioni del piano cottura, da evitare qualora ci fossero dei bambini vista la presenza di un bar con musica alta dalle venti all'una ad un metro di distanza dall'appartamento.
2 stelle solo per l' ottima posizione con la piazza Duomo
Wi-Fi non-existent, TV not working, uncomfortable mattress, unusable kitchen given the size of the hob, to be avoided if there were children given the presence of a bar with loud music from twenty to one a meter away from the apartment .
2 stars only for the excellent position with the Duomo square

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dacă ai curajul sa intri (e înfricoșător și puturos) ajungi la o cameră mică, mică cu o scară aproape verticală pe care ajungi la un pat care scârțâie, ai și televizor cu decodor. Da nu funcționează. Și toate acestea la doar 50 euro
If you have the courage to enter (it's scary and smelly) you get to a small, small room with an almost vertical ladder on which you reach a creaking bed, you also have a TV with decoder. Yes, it doesn't work. And all this for only 50 euros

Reception inesistente, abbiamo aspettato piú di mezz'ora, con i bagagli, che la ragazza arrivasse per darci le chiavi dell'alloggio.
I micro appartamenti affacciano su un pub all'aperto sito in un cortile per niente curato. Le camere assolutamente diverse rispetto quelle in foto, piccole e poco accoglienti, arredamenti di scarsa qualità, scale e letto fatiscenti e rumorosi al minimo movimento. Esperienza pessima, sconsiglio assolutamente.
Bad location. Hard to find narrow and cramped entrance.
Reception non-existent, we waited more than half an hour, with our luggage, for the girl to arrive to give us the keys to the accommodation.
The micro apartments overlook an open-air pub located in an uncared for courtyard. The rooms are absolutely different from those in the photos, small and unwelcoming, poor quality furnishings, dilapidated stairs and bed and noisy at the slightest movement. Bad experience, absolutely not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn't look like in the advertised pictures. It is filled with wood insects which make noise all night and is pretty much uncofortable to live in, because of the lack of cleanliness.
LE: We never tried to sleep for free. The owner claimed it doesn't speak english when we reported our issue and asked for a checkout with partial refund for the days left there, by our reservation. Now, according to their reply, they do speak english.
