Mi è stato detto che avevano avuto una disdetta e se volevo potevo lasciarla, che lo avrebbero effettuato in giornata. Ottima opportunità che mi ha risolto un problema legato alla individuazione di una data in cui poterla portare. Capo Officina gentile e accettazione sbrigata in pochi minuti, definendo gli interventi previsti. Durante la giornata ho ricevuto una telefonata in cui venivo informato che sarebbe stato meglio sostituire il filtro gasolio, non essendo annotato l'intervento sul libretto nei precedenti tagliandi, e se ero d'accordo. Grande trasparenza e correttezza. Alla macchina è stato effettuato anche un richiamo, di cui non avevo ricevuto comunicazione (La cosa non mi stupisce in quanto possessore di una moto Honda, dopo 8 anni dall'immatricolazione, ricevo le comunicazioni quando ci sono dei richiami). Macchina riconsegnata tagliandata e con sanificazione gratuita. Che dire HONDA FOREVER !!!!
Service of the 60000 km honda CRH. I hadn't booked and I dropped by to do it. I was told that they had had a cancellation and if I wanted I could leave it, that they would have done it within the day. Excellent opportunity that solved a problem related to identifying a date in which to bring it. Kind Workshop Manager and quick acceptance in a few minutes, defining the planned interventions. During the day I received a phone call in which I was informed that it would be better to replace the diesel filter, since the intervention was not noted in the booklet in the previous coupons, and if I agreed. Great transparency and fairness. The car was also recalled, which I had not received notice (This does not surprise me as the owner of a Honda motorcycle, after 8 years from registration, I receive communications when there are recalls). Machine returned serviced and with free sanitization. What about HONDA FOREVER !!!!
