Le persone entrano con un problema fisico da risolvere! Vergogna! Un appunto riguardo le commesse (forse titolari?): la signora bionda gentilissima e disponibile, mentre la mora è l'opposto di ciò che dovrebbe essere chi gestisce un negozio...acida,sgarbata , per non dire peggio nel caso in cui capisce che il cliente non intende acquistare perché l'articolo non fa al caso suo.... Well-stocked shop, items of various kinds and prices. A note about the orders (perhaps owners?): The blonde lady is very kind and helpful, while the brunette is the opposite of what a shop manager should be ... sour, rude, to say the least if she understands that the customer does not intend to buy because the item is not for him ....

L	Laura Segarino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talmente basso il livello di empatia, spiegazioni, consigli e mettiamoci pure simpatia che piuttosto che acquistare un articolo (che in negozio c'era,) con le mie cannule di drenaggio post operatorie non ho esitato a farmi altri 15 km per comprare altrove. So low is the level of empathy, explanations, advice and let's be sympathetic that rather than buying an item (which was in the shop) with my post-operative drainage cannulas, I didn't hesitate to take another 15 km to buy elsewhere.

La risposta senza neanche farmi finire di parlare è stata "Noleggiare??? NO non ne abbiamo e non so neanche quando tornano" Alla mia richiesta di sapere dove potevo cercare mi è stato risposto che non ne aveva idea e di provare in giro (meno male che è un punto di riferimento a Magenta che non ha propriamente la dimensione di una metropoli). Un minimo di sensibilità e empatia credo che quando si offrono certi tipi di servizi dovrebbe essere il minimo sindacale. E invece l'idea è che di te e dei tuoi problemi non gliene freghi proprio un bel niente. COMPLIMENTI VI AUGURO AFFARI D'ORO (sulle spalle della povera gente)!!! Useless! I entered asking for information on renting a wheelchair for a 6-year-old girl with a broken leg. The answer without even letting me finish talking was "Renting ?? evil which is a reference point in Magenta which does not really have the size of a metropolis). A minimum of sensitivity and empathy I believe that when certain types of services are offered it should be the minimum wage. But the idea is that you and your problems do not give a damn. CONGRATULATIONS I WISH YOU A GOLDEN BUSINESS (on the shoulders of the poor people) !!!
M	Massimiliano Tessitore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto una carrozzina a noleggio, purtroppo non era disponibile e la ragazza non mi ha saputo consigliare altri negozi, ma non è stato una sua mancanza ma anzi con modo gentile e disponibile mi ha chiesto se volevo lasciare il mio recapito nel caso in cui fosse nuovamente disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente in caso di bisogno. I requested a wheelchair for hire, unfortunately it was not available and the girl was unable to recommend other shops, but it was not her lack but rather with a kind and helpful way she asked me if I wanted to leave my contact details in case it was available again. I will definitely come back in case of need.
