★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sembra strano che, quando presento la macchina con una piccola scheggia (di diametro quasi 3 mm), il personale mi dice che si può riparare ma se si rompe durante la riparazione, devo pagare.... Io direi che se si rompe durante la riparazione, é perché non sai fare bene il tuo lavoro.
It seems strange to me that when I present the car with a small chip (almost 3 mm in diameter), the staff tells me that it can be repaired but if it breaks during the repair, I have to pay .... I would say that if it breaks during repair is because you don't know how to do your job well.

Bad service and unreliable ... They do not repair on the contrary, they make the situation worse! I strongly advise against it also because for some services they offer too high prices ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fatta riparare il vetro in questo punto carglass. Riparato e non sostituito perché, nonostante abbia i cristalli inclusi nell'assicurazione, volevano da me altri 300 euro. Ad oggi vengo a sapere che la sostituzione del vetro sarebbe dovuta essere per me gratuita vista la mia polizza assicurativa. Quindi, sconsigliatissimi!!!!!
I had the glass repaired in this carglass point. Repaired and not replaced because, despite having the crystals included in the insurance, they wanted another 300 euros from me. To date, I learn that the replacement of the glass should have been free for me given my insurance policy. So, highly discouraged !!!!!
