Per cominciare a ho scoperto mese scorso, dopo qualche anno dall'inizio del mio rapporto commerciale con tale società, che non avevano mai fatto la voltura del contatore. Dopo un anno di prezzo fisso della corrente hanno iniziato ad aumentare gradualmente il costo della materia energia fino ad arrivare negli ultimi mesi a prezzi superiori a tutti gli altri gestori. Nell'ultimo anno mi sono stati addebitati 5€/mese alla voce altre partite che sinceramente non riesco a identificare per cosa vengano addebitati. Quando ho avuto un problema con un mal funzionamento del contatore e ho contattato l'assistenza per la gestione della problematica, mi sono state date informazioni diverse da quelle successivamente fornitemi dallo Sportello Acquirente Unico. Quando ho provato a presentare reclamo per la problematica di cui sopra, l'assistenza clienti si è data alla latitanza fino a quando non mi é arrivato un sollecito di pagamento e, nonostante ci fosse un reclamo in atto, mi è stata comunque addebitata una mora. Per fortuna mi rimane un altro mese soltanto da passare con loro in cui mi aspetto l'ultima bolletta da un centinaio di euro per il solo mese di novembre poi passo ad un altro gestore. When I tried to file a complaint about the above problem, customer service went into hiding until I received a payment reminder and, despite a complaint pending, I was still charged a fine. . Fortunately, I only have one more month left to spend with them in which I expect the last bill worth a hundred euros for the month of November alone, then I move on to another manager.

a	amministrazione GMT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena attivato il contratto le bollette sono il doppio di quelle col fornitore precedente, ho chiesto una rateizzazione per la prima fattura e mi hanno fatto una rateizzazione con scadenze ogni quindici giorni, neanche mensili! tanto valeva pagarla tutta subito!, a pochi giorni di distanza dal pagamento della seconda rata (effettuato nei termini come anche la prima) riceviamo diffida di pagamento e sulla seconda fattura addebitano 20 (venti!) euro di interessi di mora e commissioni per insoluto riferiti alla bolletta rateizzata e già pagata per metà. pessimi, metto una stella perché zero non si può e cambio subito gestore!!!
