Personale maleducato, senza pazienza, attese al telefono per parlare con un operatore chilometriche! Bollette che dovevano essere economiche ed invece sono tutt'altro che quello! Bravi a comprati ma poco a mantenerti! Penso che non commetterò più l'errore di finire con una compagnia del genere! Ho avuto un problema con una bolletta ( pagata in ritardo) dopo migliaia di telefonate un operatore mi risponde dicendomi "se la pagava prima non succedeva niente" PESSIMI! Fatture di addebito di "oneri di diffida" per bollette scadute mai ricevute, aggravate dalla caratteristica di ignorare e non contabilizzare le quietanze di avvenuto pagamento pur inviate per POSTA CERTIFICATA ed a contratto regolarmente (e salatamente) disdetto. ALLA LARGA DA QUESTA GENTE!!! BAD. v	vittolino50 vaccaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero soddisfatto per la mia fornitura luce , poi nelle bollette di MAG.-GIU.e LUG-AGO. per effetto di qualche settimana di ritardo nei pagamenti, mi sono visto schizzare le fatture del 100% passando da €37 a € 68 voce (altre partite €38), il servizio clienti mi spiega che le 38 euro erano gli interessi per il ritardo nei pagamenti, ritengo giusto pagare interessi, ma del 100 %in un mese, fanno 1200% in un anno, cifre pazzesche, da superusurai, continuano per ripicca a inviarmi bollette nonostante il cambio già da mesi del gestore. Giovedì mi recherò mio malgrado da un Codacons.
