Superb pizza, a little more expensive than average, but the ingredients are of quality. The service is very good. For me it is the best in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo: (1) la spatula usata per tagliare la pizza con le acciughe e' usata per tagliare le altre pizze senza riguardo dei gusti dei clienti; (2) la reazione delle signora che serve, quado questionata, e' stata molto aggressiva accusandomi che dovevo informarla prima di possibili problemi. Data l'aggressivita e maleducazione sono uscita dal negozio senza pizza che avevo pagato, piuttosto che continuare la discussione.
Bad service: (1) the spatula used to cut the pizza with anchovies is used to cut the other pizzas regardless of the tastes of the customers; (2) the reaction of the lady serving, when questioned, was very aggressive accusing me that I had to inform her of possible problems first. Given the aggression and rudeness I left the shop without the pizza I had paid for, rather than continue the discussion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È rinomato su tutto il territorio il bilanciamento degli ingredienti e del modo di preparazione della pizza... Quindi stesso tipo di pizza e stessa gradienza dell'utenza. Però preme evidenziare che proprio questo punto Alice ha una marcia in più in termini di bontà... Personale giovane, cortese ed estremamente reattivo nel giro di 2/3 minuti. Bravi.
The balance of the ingredients and the way of preparing the pizza is renowned throughout the territory ... So the same type of pizza and the same user level. However, it is important to point out that Alice has an edge in terms of goodness at this point ... Young, courteous and extremely responsive staff within 2/3 minutes. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta la pizza era veramente buona... vastissima scelta...il personale era squisito...ma devono aver cambiato gestione... adesso proprio non ci siamo...la nuova addetta è di una maleducazione unica... preferisco scegliere della stessa catena altri posti, ma di certo non quella a via Tirso.
Once the pizza was really good ... huge choice ... the staff was exquisite ... but they must have changed management ... now we are not there ... the new lady is a unique rudeness ... I prefer choose other places from the same chain, but certainly not the one in via Tirso.
