★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho parcheggiato presso questo garage e quando sono andata a ritirare l'auto la ho trovata strusciata. Alle mie rimostranze l'addetto mi ha detto; "ma che ce stai a provà?" alla mia richiesta di di qualificarsi con nome e cognome ha rifiutato e non ha neanche chiamato il responsabile. Non c'erano neanche dei moduli per una constatazione amichevole. Io lascio la mia auto con le chiavi inserite e lui non ha un cartellino di riconoscimento.
I parked at this garage and when I went to pick up the car I found it rubbed. The clerk told me my complaints; "But what are you trying?" at my request to qualify with name and surname he refused and did not even call the manager. There weren't even any forms for a friendly statement. I leave my car with the keys inserted and he doesn't have an identification card.
