Si sono solo premurati di prendersi i miei dati personali (che ho fatto cancellare dai loro archivi) per finalità di marcketing! Il form di reclamo sul loro sito non funziona e nessuno risponde mai al telefono!
Da evitare.
Bad! I had been waiting for the trial lenses for months which have not yet arrived. They just took care to take my personal data (which I had deleted from their archives) for marketing purposes! The complaint form on their site doesn't work and no one ever answers the phone!
To be avoided.

Not satisfied with the speed of the service !!! Prescription lenses replaced on a frame already in my possession but they are different and come out of the frame ... 15 days to arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile ma sopratutto qualificato dopo 15 negozi visti non ho esitato un minuto nel comprare in questo centro e devo dire che sono rimasto totalmente soddisfatto per la vasta scelta degli articoli e Dalla professionalità dell ottico( Angelo) che mi ha seguito nel acquisto di 2 paia di occhiali (un Gucci ed un Armani).
I brand da loro trattati sono di alto livello.
Kind staff but above all qualified after 15 shops seen I did not hesitate a minute in buying in this center and I must say that I was totally satisfied with the wide choice of items and the professionalism of the optician (Angelo) who followed me in the purchase of 2 pairs of glasses (a Gucci and an Armani).
The brands they deal with are of a high standard.
