Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero pessima, sia con la commessa che con il responsabile. Sono persone senza rispetto e onestamente non mi dilungo, il massimo che posso fare è dirvi di evitare di andarci.

Vi sconsiglio di andare in questo negozio!
Pochi giorni fa ho acquistato un vestito bloccandolo con un acconto, dopo 2 giorni sono tornata per completare il pagamento e ritirare il vestito.
Nel rimisurarlo mi sono resa conto che non mi stava molto bene, ho chiesto quindi di poter avere un buono cosi da poter spendere i soldi in un altro momento con più calma..
Il responsabile mi ha costretta a dover superare il costo dell’acconto e scegliere qualcosa che comunque a me non convinceva poiché mi ha detto che il buono ASSOLUTAMENTE non si poteva fare..
Avrei dovuto chiamare i vigili !
Ho trovato la questione poco corretta e DISONESTA !
Il marchio Marella dovrebbe controllare i suoi franchising.

Ho accompagnato mia madre per l’acquisto di un vestito, è stata assistita da una commessa a dir poco indecente !
La signora a riguardo (bionda con occhiali) oltre ad essere poco professionale è stata anche molto sgarbata, non solo con mia madre ma anche con me facendo delle pessime battutine. Ovviamente non solo la commessa ma anche il responsabile è stato poco serio e irrispettoso.
VI SCONSIGLIO DI ANDARE IN QUESTO NEGOZIO !
Do una stella perché non è possibile darne zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri pomeriggio al centro commerciale campania, di Marcianise, sono entrata da Marella con mio marito per provare degli abiti, ma dopo avere assistito ad una scena veramente imbarazzante, siamo usciti dal negozio e non credo ci metterò più piede. Una signora chiedeva al titolare la possibilità di avere un buono per recuperare un anticipo lasciato pochi giorni prima per un acquisto di un abito, ma il titolare si è rifiutato, dicendo che la signora aveva una sola possibilità per recuperare i soldi, (inoltre non contabilizzati) ed era quella di acquistare qualcosa in negozio. La signora era in evidente imbarazzo, gentilmente gli faceva notare che avrebbe acquistato qualcosa che in quel momento non gli serviva, ma il titolare è stato irremovibile, costringendo la signora ad un acquisto non desiderato. Da consumatore mi chiedo, in un centro commerciale come ci si difende da un abuso simile? Non consiglio questo negozio!
