Sono stata assistita da una signorina gentilissima che mi ha aiutata sia nella scelta dell'occhiale nuovo (e ne ho provati tantissimi) sia nel trovare il modo migliore di sfruttare i soldi del cambio modello senza perderci. Servizio ottimo, non do 5 stelle solo perchè la scelta dei modelli disponibili non è ampissima e i prezzi sono un po' alti, ma compensano con buone offerte su modelli altrimenti abbastanza costosi.
I came because I had to change a pair of glasses bought in another store in the chain. I was assisted by a very kind young lady who helped me both in the choice of new glasses (and I have tried a lot of them) and in finding the best way to take advantage of the money of the model change without getting lost. Excellent service, I do not give 5 stars just because the choice of models available is not very wide and the prices are a bit high, but they compensate with good offers on otherwise quite expensive models.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi buoni e spesso ci sono buone offerte. I tempi per la consegna degli occhiali non sono troppo lunghi. Il personale dipende da chi trovate: con due commesse mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, un giorno con un commesso... per niente.
Good prices and there are often good offers. The times for the delivery of the glasses are not too long. The staff depends on who you find: with two orders I have always had a great time, one day with a shop assistant ... not at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver acquistato da loro gli occhiali da sole al prezzo di 165 € sono andata in un'altra filiale della Grand Vision e ho scoperto che costano 130 € dopo lo sconto del 20% della Grandvision!!!
Quindi. Hanno negato lo sconto di 35€ e sono anche irrispettosi verso i clienti, non lo consiglio
