Penso di avere il dono dell’invisibilitá in quanto nessuna delle tre commesse presenti si è sognata di rispondere al mio saluto o di degnarmi di uno sguardo. Ovviamente dopo alcuni minuti me ne sono andata, per fortuna non è l’unico negozio di Trento e negli altri sono pure gentili... Complimenti, continuate pure così! c	chiara fabio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ..mi sono recato presso questo negozio x una semplice visita, (perché mi sono accorto di avere una carenza nella vista), il personale e' stato accogliente e gentile dal primo all'ultimo..ma e' proprio su l'ultimo che mi voglio soffermare, si tratta di Anna, ragazza solare cordiale e molto preparata, avevo gia' acquistato da lei un paio di occhiali da sole e devo dire che e' stata molto professionale, ora ho dovuto prendere un occhiale da vista, lei mi ha seguito e mi ha dato dei buoni consigli, quindi devo fare i miei complimenti per la sua competenza e disponibilita'. Non sicuramente per la professionalità, competenza ed educazione di tutto il personale presente in negozio , di Guido e dei tecnici ma per la mancanza di assortimento di montature per occhiali da vista. Nonostante io abbia atteso un bel po' nuovi arrivi, ho ceduto ed ho optato per un altro rivenditore. Con il mio problema, NESSUNA ottica a Verona era in grado di darmi una soluzione, anzi, le soluzioni erano stressanti per i miei occhi. Guido, dopo tante tantissime ricerche e smadonnamenti vari, ha trovato la soluzione per le mie lenti a contatto e per i miei occhiali difficili da fare. Quando finalmente mi face provare le lenti a contatto definitive ero contentissima! Non finirò mai di ringraziare lui e tutto lo staff dell'Ottica Gecele!! P.S.= Ho mandato anche diverse persone e tutte sono rimaste più che contente, Guido ha trovato per loro la miglior soluzione possibile. Well what can I say .. I am now at home !! With my problem, NO optician in Verona was able to give me a solution, indeed, the solutions were stressful for my eyes. Guido, after many many researches and various disassembly, has found the solution for my contact lenses and for my glasses difficult to do. When he finally let me try the definitive contact lenses I was delighted! I will never stop thanking him and all the staff of Ottica Gecele !! P.S. = I also sent several people and they all remained more than happy, Guido has found the best possible solution for them.
D	Daniela Zecca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era un buon negozio. Adesso si comporta come un negozio costoso, con scelta non all'altezza e con una organizzazione da ottico da discount. Le lenti multifocali si possono restituire, ma a) le nuove lenti le scelgono loro b) la differenza di prezzo te la danno in Card/Buoni spesa (3 tessere! ... Non pensavo di essere alla Cooop...) c) quello che avanza te lo restituiscono in pezzoline pulisci occhiali invece che in euro. Infine d) arriva la ciliegina sulla torta - mi hanno dato il resto di 10 centesimi... Davvero un comportamento di classe per un negozio che ha una clientela che lascia dai 600 ai 1000 euro alla volta. Io non tornerò mai più. It was a good shop. Now it behaves like an expensive shop, with poor choice and the organization of a discount optician. Multifocal lenses can be returned, but a) they choose the new lenses b) they give you the difference in price in Card / Shopping vouchers (3 cards! ... I didn't think I was at Cooop ...) c) what is left over is returned to you in small pieces to clean glasses instead of in euros. In the end d) the icing on the cake comes - they gave me the change of 10 cents ... Really classy behavior for a shop that has a clientele that leaves 600 to 1000 euros at a time. I will never go back.
