Bad service, sold a pair of glasses at a crazy price. In addition to this the lenses are defective and do not want to know about making an exchange and / or refund with the receipt too! I repeat: bad service ?

Negozio ben allestito, vasta scelta di montature e ambiente gradevole. Tornerò sicuramente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortemente deluso dall'esperienza avuta, ma ancora più dalla risposta del servizio clienti.
Acquistato nel negozio un paio di occhiali da sole, torno dopo alcuni mesi per sostituire in garanzia (RayBan, non Salmoiraghi & Viganò) le aste: una vite si era spezzata all'interno.
Dopo qualche giorno torno per ritirare gli occhiali e la vite non era stata rimossa, ma ne è stata sovrapposta una più piccola. Lo faccio notare e l'operatore per rimuovere la vite scalda la montatura per poterla estrarre. Come risultato montatura spanata, e aggiustamento approssimativo.
Ritiro gli occhiali, dato che mi servivano e stavo per partire per le ferie. "Se ci sono problemi torna che li sistemiamo" sono state le parole del commesso prima che io me ne andassi.
Torno a distanza di tempo perché la vite non ha tenuto.
Risultato: nessun aggiustamento, nessuna garanzia, nessuna intenzione di venirmi incontro; solamente "l'occhiale va riacquistato".
Non ci credo e apro un reclamo al servizio clienti della catena. Dopo qualche giorno la risposta: "dal negozio ci hanno detto che non hanno fatto nessun errore nella riparazione e che il cliente era soddisfatto al momento dell'acquisto". Capisco che è la mia parola contro la loro e lascio perdere, deluso dall'incapacità di dare supporto ad un cliente.
Oltre ad aver subito il danno agli occhiali commesso da loro, devo pure sentire giustificazioni false e decisamente fastidiose.
Da ora in poi sconsiglierò a chiunque di rivolgersi a questo negozio, per qualsiasi esigenza sia.
Heavily disappointed with the experience, but even more disappointed with the customer service response.
I bought a pair of sunglasses in the shop, I come back after a few months to replace the temples under warranty (RayBan, not Salmoiraghi & Viganò): a screw had broken inside.
After a few days I return to collect the glasses and the screw had not been removed, but a smaller one was superimposed. I point this out and the operator to remove the screw heats the mount to be able to extract it. As a result stripped frame, and rough adjustment.
I collect my glasses, since I needed them and was about to leave for vacation. "If there are problems, we'll fix them" were the words of the salesman before I left.
I come back after some time because the vine did not hold.
Result: no adjustments, no guarantees, no intention of meeting me; only "the glasses must be repurchased".
I don't believe it and file a complaint with the chain's customer service. After a few days the reply: "from the shop they told us that they did not make any mistakes in the repair and that the customer was satisfied at the time of purchase". I understand it's my word against theirs and let it go, disappointed by the inability to support a client.
In addition to having suffered the damage to the glasses committed by them, I must also hear false and decidedly annoying justifications.
From now on I will discourage anyone from turning to this shop, for any need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stata cliente per la prima volta questa settimana e sono molto soddisfatta. ho avuto un'ottima esperienza con il personale e con la visita oculistica, che è stata svolta gratuitamente (ed è stato immediatamente individuato il mio problema). le tempistiche sono state velocissime, anche considerato il periodo delle feste e sono rimasta contenta della bella offerta d'acquisto che mi è stata proposta. cinque stelle meritate!
I was a customer for the first time this week and I am very satisfied. I had a great experience with the staff and with the eye examination, which was done for free (and my problem was immediately identified). the timing was very fast, also considering the holiday period and I was happy with the nice purchase offer that was proposed to me. five stars you deserve!

Ho presso un paio di occhiali ed hanno sbagliato 3 volte l’ordine. Dopo 2 giri in negozio, la persona a carico dello shop mi ha voluto scambiare un paio di occhiali che erano usati e con difetti come se fossero i miei occhiali nuovi appena arrivati. Quando me ne sono reso conto ed segnalato questa cosa il responsabile mi ha detto che non sapevano come vengono gestite le pratiche. una mancanza di rispetto assurda
Sono ancora in attesa degli occhiali dopo 3 settimane
I never review products or services but this time I felt cheated.
I bought a pair of glasses and they placed the order wrong 3 times. After 2 laps in the shop, the shop dependent wanted me to exchange a pair of glasses that were used and with defects as if they were my new glasses just arrived. When I realized this and reported this, the manager told me that they did not know how the practices are managed. an absurd disrespect
I am still waiting for the glasses after 3 weeks
