L	Lorenza Castello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stato l'unico negozio dove ho trovato quello che cercavo perché in giro non si trova nulla di decente, tutte montature in plastica spesse le chiamano di cellulosa ma a me sembrano ridicole, i negoziati incolpano gli stilisti io incolpo la TV.... Tornando ad avanzi , i prezzi bassi e gli ulteriori sconti e regali se avessi comprato,mi hanno fatto scappare chiedendomi dove sarebbe stata la fregatura. Da loro avrei risparmiato circa 250€ e avrei avuto parecchi sconti ma come e possibile avere qualità risparmiando??? Credo che a tutto c'è un limite e se la differenza e cosi alta qualcosa non torna. It was the only shop where I found what I was looking for because there is nothing decent around, all thick plastic frames call them cellulose but they seem ridiculous to me, negotiations blame the stylists I blame the TV .... Going back to leftovers, the low prices and the further discounts and gifts if I had bought, they made me run away asking me where the rip-off would have been. From them I would have saved about € 250 and I would have had several discounts but how is it possible to have quality while saving ??? I believe that there is a limit to everything and if the difference is so high something does not return.

Ho comprato da loro un paio di occhiali, per quanto ho speso credevo fosse un prodotto di qualità ma a distanza di un anno le lenti sono già tutte rovinate, nonostante le dovute attenzioni sempre utilizzate. Recatomi in negozio con i soliti sorrisini mi hanno detto che non avendo pagato a parte un supplemento di 29 euro la garanzia non c'è... e quindi se voglio le lenti devo pagarle nuovamente.... Non fatevi abbindolare dai modi gentili, l'abito non fa il monaco. DON'T GIVE YOUR TRUST TO THIS SHOP !!!!! Nello specifico nel pomeriggio di oggi mi sono recato presso il negozio di Chieri di via V. Emanuele II, con i miei occhiali, acquistati 3 anni fa presso lo stesso negozio, ai quali si era rotta una stanghetta. La risposta della graziosa commessa è stata di lasciarli che sarebbero stati forse riparati dal loro laboratorio probabilmente entro fine anno. La risposta ad una mia obiezione è stata che non vi era altra soluzione se non acquistare un nuovo paio che sarebbe stato disponibile non prima di fine anno - inizio 2021. Provate a pensare come si può vivere così tanto tempo senza poter vedere. Sapete cosa ho fatto allora? Sono andato alla concorrenza, (Monfort del Gialdo) che ha subito risolto il mio problema con una semplice riparazione provvisoria. Sarà da Monfort che sicuramente comprerò i miei occhiali nuovi. Non per offendere cari signori Avanzi, ma avete confermato una mia vecchia impressione che più che seri professionisti, siete dei semplici commercianti di occhiali. The gracious saleswoman's response was to leave them which would perhaps be repaired by their laboratory probably by the end of the year. The answer to my objection was that there was no other solution than to buy a new pair that would be available no earlier than the end of the year - early 2021. Think how you can live so long without being able to see. Do you know what I did then? I went to the competition, (Monfort del Gialdo) who immediately solved my problem with a simple temporary repair. It will be from Monfort that I will definitely buy my new glasses.
