Nemmeno un “ buongiorno”, ma solo “Cosa cerca”
Nessuna esposizione di occhiali
Ho chiesto di vedere alcune montature e mi è stato chiesto se avevo un idea, ovviamente non ce l’avevo, altrimenti sarei andato direttamente al sodo.
Al che in tono tutt’altro che cordiale, mi è stato detto:”si faccia un idea la prossima volta “
La mia risposta: “ preferisco andare in giro con il bastone x ciechi piuttosto che spendere i soldi da lei “
Conclusione:
Pessimo approccio con i clienti
Indisponibilità da parte del titolare
Lo sconsiglio vivamente

I asked to see some frames and I was asked if I had an idea, obviously I did not have it, otherwise I would have gone straight to the point.
To which in a tone far from friendly, I was told: "come up with an idea next time"
My answer: "I prefer to go around with the blind stick rather than spend the money from her"
