★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e disponibile, sanno consigliare. Se ordini online serve qualche giorno ma non è colpa loro (tutto il gruppo Unieuro funziona così) ma ne vale la pena per i prezzi competitivi. Nel periodo di black friday si riesce a risparmiare ancora tanto di più.
 Very nice and helpful staff, they know how to advise. If you order online it takes a few days but it's not their fault (the whole Unieuro group works like this) but it's worth it for the competitive prices. In the period of black friday you can save even more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo negozio per l'acquisto di un paio di cuffie "Airpods". Chiesi informazioni ad un dipendente che mi rispose con "arrivo subito" ma che non si presentò più. Dopo una lunga attesa, un altro dipendente mi ha servito dandomi appunto la scatola contenente le cuffiette. Per precauzione, non essendo in possesso di altri dispositivi Apple, chiesi al dipendente se dovevo acquistare un cavo per la ricarica o se era già compreso nella confezione. Dopo avermi confermato che dovevo acquistare un cavetto classico Iphone a parte, mi reco alla cassa e pago le cuffie e il cavo di ricarica da ben 34€. Apro la scatola delle cuffie e dentro trovo anche il cavo di ricarica... personale secondo me poco professionale e svogliato.
I went to this shop to purchase a pair of "Airpods" headphones. I asked for information from an employee who replied with "I'll be right" but never showed up again. After a long wait, another employee served me by giving me the box containing the headphones. As a precaution, not having any other Apple devices, I asked the employee if I had to buy a charging cable or if it was already included in the package. After confirming that I had to buy a separate Iphone classic cable, I go to the cashier and pay for the headphones and the charging cable from 34 €. I open the headphone box and inside I also find the charging cable ... personal in my opinion unprofessional and listless.

Servizio PESSIMO, personale SVOGLIATO, attese lunghe minuti! Quando chiedi una caratteristica di un prodotto non sanno rispondere se non leggendo la scheda tecnica che pure io stessa potrei leggere visto che è alla portata di tutti. Commessi che parlano tra di loro con il cliente davanti e nè un buongiorno nè un serve aiuto. L'indifferenza totale! Mi chiedo come mai lavorino al pubblico se sono dei totali INCOMPETENTI. Non ci tornerò più!

BAD service, CAREFUL staff, long waits for minutes! When you ask for a feature of a product they don't know how to answer except by reading the technical data sheet which I myself could read as it is within everyone's reach. Sales clerks talking to each other with the customer in front and neither a good morning nor a need for help. Total indifference! I wonder why they work on the public if they are totally INCOMPETENT. I will never go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato Unieuro Pergine per 45 minuti, per verificare la disponibilità di un Apple pencil.
Dopo la terza chiamata mi ha risposto una dipendente; neanche finito di chiedere la disponibilità del prodotto che mi ha bruscamente detto di attendere l'addetta al reparto, mettendomi in attesa.
Inutile dire che dopo altri 3 minuti di attesa hanno chiuso la chiamata.
Dovrò andare di persona al negozio per verificare la disponibilità del prodotto, e sperare che ci sia.
I called Unieuro Pergine for 45 minutes to check the availability of an Apple pencil.
After the third call, an employee answered me; not even finished asking for the availability of the product, who abruptly told me to wait for the employee in the department, putting me on hold.
Needless to say, after another 3 minutes of waiting they closed the call.
I will have to go to the store in person to check the availability of the product, and hope that there is.
