★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto riparare lo schermo di uno zenfone.
Dopo la riparazione la batteria ballava dentro allo smartphone così l'ho riportato e l'hanno sistemato rovinando però l'altoparlante che ora gratta e facendo ulteriori graffi sulla cornice.
In una parola: incompetenti

After the repair, the battery danced inside the smartphone so I brought it back and they fixed it, ruining the speaker, which is now scratching and making further scratches on the frame.
In a word: incompetent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso che parlarne bene, sono molto disponibili, professionali e onesti. Ero stato da più parti per un preventivo per aggiustare il mio compiuter ma il prezzo alla lunga migliore è stato il loro e ora rifunziona alla grade, la stessa cosa è è avvenuta per il cambio del vetro e batteria del mio Samsung 9. Spero di non aver più bisogno per un bel po del loro aiuto, ma se occorrerà ci tornerò ad occhi chiusi.
I can only speak well, they are very helpful, professional and honest. I had been in several places for a quote to fix my computer but the price in the long run was their best and now it works again at grade, the same thing happened for the change of the glass and battery of my Samsung 9. I hope not needing a lot of their help anymore, but if need be, I'll come back with my eyes closed.

Il titolare è davvero molto gentile, ma in sostanza il modo di procedere dei suoi collaboratori è, per l'esperienza diretta mia e di persone che conosco, dilettantistico e provoca più danni di quanti non ne risolva. Alcuni anni fa ho portato a riparare un I-Phone che aveva un problema al tasto centrale. Mi è stato restituito con lo schermo danneggiato. Ho chiesto e ottenuto la sostituzione dello schermo, ma il nuovo schermo era difettoso. Ho capito che aria tirava e mi sono rivolto a mie spese a uno specialista di I-Phone che ha riscontrato che nel montaggio e rimontaggio avevano commesso errori e perso pure dei pezzi. Qualche tempo fa mio figlio ha portato qui il suo Mac portatile perché non funzionava un tasto. Sono ormai mesi che fa avanti e indietro dal negozio, ogni volta con nuove promesse, ma il suo computer, che prima era praticamente perfetto, è ridotto sempre peggio: graffiato, sporco, aperto e richiuso malamente e non completamente, mancano pezzi, altri pezzi sono stati sostituiti con pezzi non originali, comandi che non funzionano più, altoparlanti che gracchiano e via dicendo. E' bene scappare il prima possibile e limitare i danni.
I recommend everyone to stay away from this place. The owner is really very kind, but in essence the way of proceeding of his collaborators is, from my direct experience and those of people I know, amateur and causes more damage than it solves. A few years ago I took an I-Phone that had a problem with the central button to be repaired. It was returned to me with the screen damaged. I asked for and got a screen replacement, but the new screen was defective. I realized that the air was blowing and I turned at my expense to an I-Phone specialist who found that during assembly and reassembly they had made mistakes and even lost some parts. Some time ago my son brought his portable Mac here because a key was not working. He has been back and forth from the shop for months now, each time with new promises, but his computer, which was practically perfect before, is getting worse and worse: scratched, dirty, opened and closed badly and not completely, pieces are missing, other pieces they have been replaced with non-original parts, controls that no longer work, speakers that crackle and so on. It is good to escape as soon as possible and limit the damage.

Il titolare, una persona estremamente gentile, paziente, competente e veloce è riuscito a riparare il mio huawey. Ora il lettore dell'impronta digitale e la batteria sono al top. Consiglio vivamente di recarsi da loro per qualsiasi riparazioni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio computer a riparare, era in perfette condizioni, aveva solo un problema alla cerniera, questo è il risultato della riparazione, il tecnico ha deciso, senza prima informare o chiedere il permesso, di ripararlo in questo modo, la copertura interna che copriva i cavi si è tolta dopo averlo riaperto la prima volta. Pessimo risultato.
I took my computer for repair, it was in perfect condition, it only had a problem with the hinge, this is the result of the repair, the technician decided, without first informing or asking for permission, to repair it in this way, the inner cover that covered the cables came off after reopening it the first time. Bad result.

I went there two times, everytime quite satisfied:
First time he repaired my laptop very fast.
Second time, my cellphone didn't work and another repair shop had tolm I must change the battery for 40€. I took it there and he noticed easily the problem, changed the broken part and got just 5€ for the part.
He also speaks English very well, extremely recommended to foreign students in Trento for their laptop and cellphone problems.
