★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È due anni che chiedo all'assistenza TIM, a voce e tramite pec, di essere ricontattata e nessuno mi ha mai chiamato.
Mi era stato detto che se avessi riconsegnato il modem non avrei dovuto più pagare il noleggio e invece mi sono arrivate in continuazione fatture.
Quando ho provato a disdire il contratto business non me lo hanno disattivato subito paventando false scuse e ho dovuto ri-disdirlo. Facendo la procedura ben due volte.

For two years I have been asking TIM assistance, verbally and via certified e-mail, to be contacted and no one has ever called me.
I was told that if I returned the modem I would no longer have to pay for the rental and instead I received bills all the time.
When I tried to cancel the business contract, they did not deactivate it immediately fearing false excuses and I had to re-cancel it. Doing the procedure twice.
No comment!
