Persa una cliente abituale per un occhiale da 34€ In risposta: L'occhiale non è stato nemmeno toccato, non era passato un mese e mezzo e la confezione era intatta come lei stessa l'aveva lasciata (sapeva bene i motivi per cui non mi è stato possibile passare prima) e ripeto se per lei perdere una cliente abituale che compra da sempre presso il vostro negozio piuttosto che fare un cambio che per legge è dovuto di un occhiale da 35€, ha piu senso va benissimo così. Spenderemo i soldi altrove d'ora in poi.
