Ero cliente per comodità ,avendo il negozio sulla strada di casa ,e li faccevo gli occhiali x mio padre e mia madre,figlio,marito e io .
Tornerò da Gatti e Turra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo io non sono affatto contenta, ho ritirato i miei occhiali il 17 di giugno e pagati, ho dovuto ritornare in negozio 2 volte e solo dopo aver insistito che non ci vedevo mi hanno confermato che le lenti erano sbagliate, a tutt'oggi 14 luglio non ho gli occhiali.
Unfortunately I am not happy at all, I collected my glasses on June 17th and paid for it, I had to go back to the shop twice and only after insisting that I couldn't see them did they confirm that the lenses were wrong, still July 14th I don't have glasses.

Ultima esperienza negativa.
Ad agosto 2019 cambio montatura e lenti.
Da subito non riesco ad indossarli perché le lenti non vanno bene perché mi provocano nausea.
Per non essere assillante cerco di abituarmi ma senza riuscirci pur recandomi in negozio a spiegare la situazione.
Speravo che di loro iniziativa mi venisse proposta la sostituzione ma ogni volta si cercava di modellare la montatura ...o trovare soluzioni ...
Dopo più di qualche tentativo ho desisito ...tornato ad usare i vecchi occhiali....ma purtroppo non tornerò....
Un consiglio sincero....vedere un commesso litigare con i clienti e fare intervenire la security non è il massimo.

In August 2019 I change frame and lenses.
Immediately I can not wear them because the lenses do not fit because they cause me nausea.
In order not to be nagging, I try to get used to it but without success, even though I go to the shop to explain the situation.
I hoped that on their own initiative I would be offered the replacement but every time they tried to model the frame ... or find solutions ...
After more than a few attempts I have decided ... to go back to using the old glasses .... but unfortunately I will not return ....
A sincere advice .... seeing a salesman arguing with customers and making security intervene is not the best.

Dopo un paio di settimane, purtroppo, ho riscontrato qualche problema con le lenti, non per il fatto di essere passato alle progressive, anzi, quello è stato molto soddisfacente, ma nel senso che, da lontano, non vedevo bene come avrei dovuto. Sono tornato in negozio e sono stato seguito da Hasan, un ragazzo molto educato, gentile, disponibile e davvero molto preparato. Mi ha rifatto la visita, io ho scelto una montatura diversa e nel giro di 15 giorni ho avuto i miei occhiali nuovi e stavolta perfetti. Sono molto soddisfatto sia del prodotto acquistato che del trattamento ricevuto. Sono vostro cliente da tantissimi anni e, grazie a ragazzi preparati e gentili come Hasan e Barbara che meritano una recensione come questa, continuerò sicuramente ad esserlo.

After a couple of weeks, unfortunately, I found some problems with the lenses, not due to the fact that I switched to progressive, on the contrary, that was very satisfying, but in the sense that, from a distance, I did not see as well as I should have. I went back to the shop and was followed by Hasan, a very polite, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable guy. He gave me the visit again, I chose a different frame and within 15 days I had my new glasses and this time perfect. I am very satisfied with both the purchased product and the treatment received. I have been your customer for many years and, thanks to prepared and kind guys like Hasan and Barbara who deserve a review like this, I will certainly continue to be.
