Entro,controllo se hanno le scarpe che mi piacciono,mi chiedono il numero e il commesso carino e gentile, vola in magazzino a prenderle. So che sembra tutto normale ,ma, credete, non è sempre così. Mi chiede se voglio provarle, mi fornisce consigli sulla misura e sul fatto che essendo scarpa in pelle,un pochino di allargherà. Faccio il mio acquisto e chiedo x un secondo paio. Mi offre una serie veloce di informazioni,la mezza misura in più che su quel modello sarebbe ideale per calzarlo meglio..... Decido allora di prendere un secondo modello ma uguale al primo,cambio solo colore. Vado alla cassa. Usufruisco di vaucher che ho in possesso. Pago la rimanenza con carta... Mi augura buona giornata... Uscendo anche il secondo commesso ci saluta e ci augura buona giornata. GRAZIE RAGAZZI. Con la vostra educazione e gentilezza sicuramente non sarete diventati ricchi, avete però acquisito un nuovo cliente. Ancora grazie e buon lavoro. I know it all sounds normal, but, believe me, that's not always the case. Risolvete! È impossibile che nel 2022 non si possa contattare un negozio per un menefreghismo da parte dei dipendenti. Grazie. I put zero stars because customer service is absolutely useless ... Mi hanno chiamata e al ritiro ieri alla cassa ho trovato un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile...direi soprattutto molto educato. Ma si può dire che tutto il personale è molto qualificato e gentile. Cosa rara di questi tempi. Consiglio il posto. I ordered a pair of Nikes and I have to say they arrived earlier than expected. They called me and yesterday at the cash desk I found a very nice and helpful guy ... I would say above all very polite. But it can be said that all the staff are very qualified and kind. Rare thing these days. I recommend the place.
