Attenzione all'acquisto delle scarpe da ginnastica di marca: cercavo un paio di scarpe Adidas, le scatole erano alla rinfusa e mancavano molti numeri; dopo la consulenza di due addetti, ho lasciato perdere e sono andata alla cassa con un modello carino anche se non quello che mi sarebbe piaciuto. A casa ho scoperto che le scarpe erano due destre! Ho telefonato per chiarimenti e ho scoperto che loro tengono le sinistre per evitare furti, ma alla cassa nessuno mi aveva consegnato la sinistra e aveva controllato la scatola! Ho fatto poi il cambio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio, discreto assortimento di scarpe, anche se alcune sono proprio scandenti. Ne ho comprato un paio che sono durate veramente poco. Peccato per il personale. Non dico assillare continuamente nel chiedere se si ha bisogno ma esistono anche mezze misure e se vedi un cliente in difficoltà puoi anche chiedere se ha bisogno. Mi è sembrato quasi di dar fastidio.. per non dire altro.. sembrava quasi che ci seguissero per controllare se stessimo prendendo qualcosa.. mi ha infastidito molto..
Nice shop, decent assortment of shoes, even if some are really bad. I bought a couple that lasted very little. Too bad for the staff.
