★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata questa mattina nel negozio Il Laccio di Elnos. All'entrata la ragazza alla cassa non ha alzato lo sguardo nemmeno per salutare ne me, ne mia madre che mi ci accompagnava. Ho preso prima un abito esposto, Mi sono recata nel camerino sola senza il permesso o l'aiuto di nessuno. L'abito provato mi era grande,la commessa non si è nemmeno interessata a come e se mi andasse il capo provato. Alla richiesta di " dove le appoggio il vestito" la ragazza risponde " appendilo".
Mi sono fermata davanti alle scarpe. Avevo bisogno di un paio di stivaletti e di un paio di sneakers per me e di un paio di scarpe per il compleanno di mia sorella questa sera.
Ho aspettato supporto dalla solita commessa che con il negozio VUOTO non aveva probabilmente tempo e soprattutto voglia di lavorare... il pc le richiedeva maggiore attenzione probabilmente...!
Così ho deciso di non acquistare e al nostro saluto d'uscita la ragazza risponde ancora un volta con il silenzio e a mio avviso con troppa poca professionalità.
Abbiamo vissuto un momento di seria difficoltà con il Covid, molte attività non hanno superato il colpo e hanno chiuso.
Attenzione a voi imprenditori che assumete gente che non solo vi fa perdere soldi per i loro stipendi ma che soprattutto vi fa perdere le vendite. Quindi le entrate. Quindi i profitti.
Non si chiude solo per Covid!
P.s. Tutto quello che mi serviva l ho acquistato da Belotti a Roncadelle dove sicuramente ho trovato più professionalità ed educazione.
I was this morning in the Il Laccio di Elnos shop. At the entrance, the girl at the cashier didn't even look up to say hello to me, nor to my mother who was accompanying me. I first took an exposed dress, I went into the dressing room alone without anyone's permission or help. The tried-on dress was great for me, the saleswoman didn't even care how and if the tried-on garment fit me. When asked "where I put the dress" the girl replies "hang it".
I stopped in front of the shoes. I needed a pair of ankle boots and a pair of sneakers for myself and a pair of shoes for my sister's birthday tonight.
I waited for support from the usual saleswoman who probably didn't have the time and above all desire to work with the VACUUM shop ... the pc probably required more attention ...!
So I decided not to buy and to our farewell the girl responds once again with silence and in my opinion with too little professionalism.
We have experienced a moment of serious difficulty with Covid, many businesses have not overcome the blow and have closed.
Beware of you entrepreneurs who hire people who not only make you lose money on their salaries but who above all make you lose sales. So the revenue. So the profits.
It doesn't close just for Covid!
P.s. I bought everything I needed from Belotti in Roncadelle where I certainly found more professionalism and education.
