Primo sollecito via mail dopo 1 settimana : nessuna risposta. Contatto telefonico: chiedo se possibile procedere con emissione preventivo ed eventuale sopralluogo per valutare eventuali problematiche di installazione, mi dicono che mi avrebbero contattato nuovamente per sopralluogo. Dopo tre settimane ancor nessuno si è fatto sentire. Rinuncio. Visited the shop in person, made arrangements to receive a quote by sending quoted drawings via email. no reply. First reminder by email after 1 week: no reply. Telephone contact: I ask if possible to proceed with preventive issuance and any inspection to assess any installation problems, they tell me that they would have contacted me again for inspection. After three weeks, no one even spoke. I give up.
