Ho atteso ben 5 mesi per delle veneziane che non sono mai arrivate (quando l'impegno era entro 60gg) e mi hanno fatto tornare una seconda volta in negozio per avere indietro la caparra. Non hanno avuto neanche l'accortezza di scusarsi e giustificare in qualche modo il loro ritardo. Pessimo trattamento.
Not at all professional. I waited 5 months for some Venetian blinds that never arrived (when the commitment was within 60 days) and they made me go back to the store a second time to get the deposit back. They did not even have the foresight to apologize and somehow justify their delay. Bad treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima!!.. dopo aver installato una finestra nella nostra abitazione ci hanno lasciato in attesa di un altro lavoro per mesi raccontandomi ogni volta una storia diversa!.. Persone poco serie e per nulla professionali, in particolar modo il titolare dell’azienda che usando un approccio amichevole ti porta a stare “tranquillo” (frase spesso usata da lui) ma poi si dimentica completamente del cliente!
Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti!
Bad experience !! .. after installing a window in our house they left us waiting for another job for months, telling me a different story every time! .. People who are not serious and not at all professional, especially the owner of the company that using a friendly approach leads you to feel "calm" (a phrase often used by him) but then completely forgets about the customer!
I strongly advise against everyone!
