p	paola liantonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci hanno rifatto un tettuccio esterno circa un anno e mezzo fa, pochi mesi dopo averlo installato già pioveva dentro, nonostante li abbia chiamati diverse volte (almeno dieci) e due appuntamenti mancati (nel senso che il titolare non si è mai presentato senza nemmeno avvertire) mi hanno poi detto che potevano uscire solo in una giornata di pioggia per poter valutare...ma nessuno ha voluto prendersi la responsabilità di rimediare ai difetti e non sono mai venuti! Pensavo di aver fatto un lavoro definitivo con dei professionisti invece siamo stati truffati perché ad oggi piove sempre più dentro e si è creata pure una condensa all interno. Tetto pagato 3000 euro! Ora è da rifare! Da denuncia! State attenti perché non sono né seri né professionisti! Now it has to be redone! From complaint! Be careful because they are neither serious nor professional!

Ringrazio tutto la staff dal Sig. Spinelli che mi ha seguito scrupolosamente fino agli operai che mi hanno effettuato un lavoro a regola d'arte. Ve li consiglio. O meglio la riparazione è stata effettuata, ma con un ritardo di 2 ore rispetto la fascia oraria stabilità e senza alcun avviso. Inoltre il tecnico si è messo a parlare in viva voce sul cellulare di fatti personali...lo trovo inaccettabile. Si sono occupati della sostituzione completa degli infissi e delle zanzariere, ma anche della porta blindata e di una porta interna: li ho trovati disponibili e competenti, mi hanno consigliato ed aiutato nella scelta delle soluzioni di cui avevo bisogno. Poi, nel pieno rispetto dei tempi di fornitura concordati, hanno effettuato il lavoro in maniera davvero impeccabile. Io mi sono trovato molto bene e, per questo motivo, consiglio Dalflex senza alcun dubbio. I relied on them on the advice of a friend. And I think it was the best advice I could get!
