Dopo un anno sono in attesa ancora della pratica Obbligatoria ENEA che doveva essere fatta tramite loro , quindi fuori termine ed a rischio sanzioni fiscali...per me ! Solleciti invani ed inutili con promesse non mantenute. Sono amareggiata e delusa da ciò per cui sono costretta a non consigliarli. Ringrazio Fabio e Maurizio per l'ottimo lavoro. Due ragazzi competenti, professionali che hanno svolto un ottimo lavoro, pulito e preciso. Non ricevendo risposta alcuna chiedo conferma di ricezione il 21 ottobre. Mi rispondono che sarà loro premura inviarmi il preventivo il prima possibile. Passano 20 giorni e nulla!! Allora l'8 di novembre mando gentilmente un sollecito. Mi rispondono di nuovo che sarà loro premura mandare il preventivo prima possibile. Dopo altri dieci giorni, il 19 novembre, gli scrivo di ritenersi liberi dall'impegno visto il mese ormai trascorso. Ricevo quest'arrogante risposta in maiuscolo "OK GRAZIE"...neanche un'ombra di scuse. Tanto per fare un paragone un altro negozio in 5 giorni mi ha mandato un preventivo completo. Direi che si sono ben distinti per assenza di professionalità e mancanza di garbo verso un potenziale cliente. A	Ambrogio Castelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non si può dare una valutazione sotto zero, pessimi e serietà nulla, lunedi 14 Marzo passo in negozio per richiedere un preventivo, invio lo stesso giorno tutte le misure, preventivo promesso entro la settimana, sollecito piu' volte...messaggi letti ma non si degnano della minima risposta, ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora nulla, mi sono rivolto ad altro fornitore. Ci può stare che non ti va di farmi il lavoro ma almeno l'educazione e la serietà di dirmelo, piuttosto dimmi che ti serve un mese e uno si regola. Se lavorano cosi in fase di preventivo non oso pensare il lavoro che ti andranno a realizzare, rivolgetevi ad altri.
