Dopo un lavoro svolto presso il mio appartamento e pagato puntualmente alla consegna ( senza emettere fattura ), ho subito notato un difetto importante che ho prontamente segnalato , cosi' come faccio oramai da un anno con ripetute telefonate.Risultato : non solo non hanno sistemato il difetto, ma ad ogni mio contatto telefonico con le addette, che come da copione mi ripetono che saro' richiamato, non ho mai ricevuto una risposta, che ogni volta mi viene promessa.
Be wary of these people. After a job done at my apartment and paid punctually for delivery (without issuing an invoice), I immediately noticed an important defect that I promptly reported, so as I have been doing for a year now with repeated phone calls. Result: not only did they not fix the defect, but to each of my telephone contact with the employees, who, as expected, tell me that I will be called back, I have never received a reply, which is promised to me every time.
