Mi è stato chiesto di ripassare dopo venti minuti per attendere l’ottico.
Direi poca disponibilità e cortesia.
As a tourist away from home I needed to tighten two screws of my eyeglasses to avoid that the splints remain in my hand, which is trivial and takes just a few seconds.
I was asked to come back after twenty minutes to wait for the optician.
I would say little availability and courtesy.
