★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toothbrush got stolen out of my room. Fan made a weird noise. Bathrooms are oke. Reception is really nice and the beds are comfy (if you like it on the stiffer side)

+ Very good location close to local area, train station and water bus stop
+ Very clean and cleaned daily
+ Spacious facility with big yard and nice gardens
+ Price
+ Staff very friendly and helpful
- room was super hot and (natural) ventilation is very bad
- a lot of mosquitoes
- kitchen for tourists is minimal and our things in the fridge got stolen
- students (who live there as well) are a bit arrogant and exclusive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this Hostel in Venice. It was my first time to Venice and I’m sure to book it again for my next visit.
Pros:
The host is really good. Explains and suggests you about food, drinks, shopping and tourism etc.
The rooms are really nice clean and tidy. A very safe hostel. The kitchen is good too although we did not use it.
Budget friendly.
Cons:
It’s not exactly a con but google maps kind of confuse you with the route to the place. So we had difficulty in finding it however this is not a problem. They send you an email with directions and also you could ask anyone around that place and they will point you the entrance correctly.
Please note they do not provide you towels so you’ll need to carry them.
Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss is not sympathy to anyone even if you proof you are self-isolated and ill. She only love her money. She will take your money without any consideration even if you have noticed them in advance and they re-sale your reservation successfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap hostel with quite good location and helpfull and kind staff. It is not very quiet and there was a single shower for whole section of the hostel, but the beds were clean and quite comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely neighbourhood, nice location of the hostel in historic building. It was a really good price - quality ratio, especially for Venice. The bathroom with shower in the Caseta smelled like mold, which can be an issue if you're allergic. They should improve the check in instructions, because they are quite confusing. They ask you to check in online but don't use that information and the reception opening hours are very limited, which, for a short stay, can be a nuisance. It would really help to improve / clarify the check in procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting here was a challenge as google maps only gave directions that required me to get here by boat. On foot, google maps Basilica Santa Maria die Serví, as the hostel in the same compound as this church.
The staff here are very courteous and accommodating.
I loved that they offered water, juice, coffee for free. They also provide free food which you can find in the kitchen.
